Home Goods is like crack for me. I have a hard time coming in here and not leaving with $ 200+ worth of stuff. Seriously, it’s just not fair. The selection of items here is always nice — everything from the inexpensive to wonderful high end brands. My husband and I found a huge cast iron pan here for $ 30 that has now become a staple in our kitchen. It’s got to weigh like 10 pounds — it’s ridiculously heavy. We’ve gotten wine glasses from here that were imported from Germany, and I bought an incredible white dish that had a crocodile texture imprinted on it that was perfect for my Thanksgiving turkey and now my holiday cookies. The store tends to get messy on weekends, but that’s to be expected. First thing in the morning during the week are the best. The store is quiet, no one is trying to shimmy carts down aisles, and you can take your time to make your selections. I love Home Goods because it works for my wallet. If I had unlimited funds you’d likely find me at West Elm or Williams and Sonoma(both excellent shops). This is definitely a better option to Ikea and you don’t have to fight the traffic at the merge.
