Worst consignment experience ever. I drop off a wedding gown freshly cleaned inside a zip up dry cleaning bag as well as the original David’s Bridal bag. It took forever to go through the consignment process as the owner kept walking away to help someone pick out dresses and chit chat about the dance she was going to. The dress didn’t sell so I went to pick it up today. She hands it to me with no bag expecting me to carry a white ball gown out in my hands. I asked for the bag I had dropped it off in and she told me she didn’t have it. I would never consign here again or buy any of the smelly dresses.
