Best Feature: AMAZING service! Holy cow.
Worst Feature: A bit of a drive for me.
Recently I had to take my car in to to get fixed. My normal preferred mechanic’s place, Mechanics Plus, thought it might be a transmission problem so they recommended Jerry’s. I was a bit anxious, as I don’t often trust most mechanic places other than the one I go to.
I headed up and took my car in. The drive in was a bit odd; I couldn’t quite figure out where to park, but I headed to the second building farther back where there were more parking spots. A nice mechanic opened the door for me and I headed on in. I ended up having to leave my car there for about a day or so.
They called me back and gave me the news about my car; the price for fixing it was well below what I was fearing it might cost. I gladly paid and it was fixed. My car has worked wonderfully without a problem since then, so I’m going to assume they honestly diagnosed the mistake and did a great job.
Before I left with my car, the lovely lady of the place was glad to help me fully understand the problem with my car. She was friendly, courteous, and great to speak with!
I will definitely be back for any repairs should my usual mechanic place be unavailable!
