Normally I hit my usual mechanic for an oil change but it being a Sunday on a holiday weekend I had to change my plans. So I went here.
Turns out that the spring on my hood was bad and the hood wouldn’t open. Most other oil change chains would have sent me away. Not here. It might have taken four of their techs to get it open but they did. I was impressed.
They are much more expensive than my regular guy but they are a good alternate.

Had my oil changed and did a fuel system cleaning last saturday. They gave me a great deal and the service is always friendly. Afterwards I ran into a problem with a warning light on my dash. Long story short it ended up being caused from water after I ran through the car wash. I had no idea what had caused it, originally thinking it was from my service, and returned to the location. The manager Don went out of his way to help me figure out what was going on and we fixed the issue. He didn’t have to take his time to do this but did and made sure everything was back to normal even though it was not a result of their services. I can’t say enough good things about him and his crew. I have been there several times for oil changes and will continue to go. Keep up the good work!

Terrific experience at Jiffy Lube today. Don, the manager, was pleasant, informative, and took time to explain the various services my car needed or would need in the future months. He was not pushy nor did he try to sell me on non-​beneficial services. He even cleaned up my battery free of charge. I felt like he and the staff really took great care in performing the oil change and related services. I will definitely return to this location.

I have been going to this Jiffy Lube throughout the years and I have never had a bad experience. The staff is always very professional and friendly. The job gets done quickly and they offer to repair other small things that need to be fixed (ie. lights, filters, etc). I will continue to use this location.

Nice people, but the an oil change cost me $ 75! And, when I discussed, etc. for some reason the guy on duty chose to show me the dip stick, and all of a sudden, he wasn’t sure if the worker had put in any oil! He kept adding more, saying ‘no problem, no problem…” I will get a $ 15 rebate, he said (promotion), but it will end up being a $ 15 service certifcate. Will I use it? No, I will sell it for $ 10 to someone waiting in the customer waiting room. Shop around! These guys are very expensive.
