Kristine’s Papery

Kristine’s Papery is a horrible place to do business with. My family ordered wedding invitations from them that were over a $ 1,000.00 dollars. We could have ordered them online for less but decided it would be better to pay more and go with a professional. Professional they are not! My response cards were made without a place for the guests to put there name on them. My family is receiving responses without the guests name on them. We now have to call and find out who some of these people are. Two hundred guest were invited. When I called to complain all I received was a nasty email telling me that I approved the invitations. I never thought about a place to put the guests name because I am not in the business of making invitations. They handled the situation without any help and blamed the error on me. Stay away, they are expensive and don’t know anything about good customer service. It is one of the worst places I have ever done business with!!!

I still love Kristine’s. They are a mom and pop store and yes, their hours don’t always match what is on their website… but not all brick and mortar stores do. Things happen, places have to close early for whatever reason. I have gone during times they were supposed to be open and they were not… a simple, polite phone call the next day remedied that. That does not change the fact that they are a FANTATASTIC business to work with. We got SO many compliments on all the products they did for us (invitations, napkins, matchbooks… it goes on). We just ordered our thank you cards from them and Jim is still more than gracious and the quality of products is great.
