McDonald’s

I was standing paying inside the gas station side about 10 pm last night l, I looked over to see a McDonalds employee (heavyset boy) cleaning up the playground area he took his broom that he had been sweeping with and used it to clean off a top of a table. So discusting! Definitely changed my mind about grabbing something to go!

Ordered club burger, asked if I wanted it crispy or grilled, I twice said, no the burger. They gave me the chicken. Incompetent

I took my son to my local mcdonalds by the house with a play place at the gas station, never again!!! I ordered a large #2 with no pickles. After waiting over 5 minutes with literally only one customer ahead of me the cashier with dirty fingernails told me one of my cheeseburgers is going to have pickles on it because she forgot to mark it minus pickles. I said I don’t think so! I don’t want pickles! The manager overheard took
It back. When I got it back it was the sloppiest cheeseburger I ever seen. Looked like the patty was dropped on the floor. I didn’t eat it. Didn’t even touch it! Got half way thru my fries and found a hair. This place is disgusting!!! The cashier went to the dining room to take someone their drink came back coughing in her hands. Didn’t even wash them. It’s evident the culture in this restaurant isn’t set with high expectations. Very low. I will never come back to this location again.

It’s a nice McDonald’s at a convenient location. It’s part of a gas station so I stop by here when I need gas.

It’s your average McDonalds, nothing special except for the fact it’s conveniently in front of a gas station.

My family frequents McDonald’s and I am never surprised at how often we receive incorrect orders. Tonight was no exception if you count a hot chocolate that came without the chocolate. Yes, that is correct. Hot milk with whip cream on top… not what we asked for. However, that was not the best part. My wife ordered one of their new CBO sandwiches and asked for pickle on it. Here is a first for me. They charged 30 cents for a pickle chip on a premium priced sandwich. I suggested they view the Ferrel Ice Cream video on Youtube titled «Give the man a pickle.» My guess, that is how McDonald’s makes their billions+, by charging a-​la-​carte for condiments.

As a frequent McDonald’s flyer (frequent is probably an overstatement, but I feel like I know what a McDonald’s should and shouldn’t be), this is a terrible version of McDonald’s. Service takes far too long, items are forgotten or wrong and the service staff doesn’t seem focused on customer service. Did I say that nicely?
Go to the Lila Ave McDonald’s where the service staff wears smiles on their faces and at least tries to try.
