I love the staff at this McDonald’s. This is by far the cleanest McDonald’s I’ve been to as well.

Never know what kind of service or quality of food you will get. Most times food is just OK, but lately the order taker doesn’t even get your order right. Wish we had another fast food restaurant in place of them.

I was driving to work and stopped to get breakfast, I was late and they told me to wait! I did, I did not have the time to look it the bag and THEY FORGOT MY HOTCAKES AND MY BACON AND GRAPE JELLY!!! To make matters worse IT IS COLD!!!

Went into this McDonalds. ordered a jr. burger and an ice tea. sat down and opened the hamburger and there was no MEAT. How can that happen.
I took it back to the counter and they thought that it was no big deal. No free ice tea, nothing. The employee there are a JOKE!!!

Pretty clean! Standard McDonalds menu. They were pretty busy there on a Saturday morning.
Nice kids area, completely enclosed with dining booths, and separate from the regular dining area.

The service is always friendly and great at Milford Mcdonald’s! The staff there is fantastic, and they are always smiling! :) If there is a problem they are just to happy to fix it and very nice about it! I’ve never had anything but the best service and if I could give them 10 stars or higher I would. Keep up the good work!!!

McDonald’s is not something that is that hard to make right. So when I go to a McDonald’s, repeatedly, and they continually screw up orders, (when nothing has been changed) have an attitude and just give out crappy food, I know it’s bad. If it weren’t for the fact that this McDonald’s is the closest one and my son loving the chicken nuggets, we’d never stop there again. And what’s this business about being open 24 hours? Not that I’ve ever seen!
