Prices are great and service is excellent!

Wow. Originally thought they were good. We spent nearly $ 4000 there over the past few years, and then the trees started dying. Only their trees. We have 17 trees in our yard, and have bought trees from 3 other nurseries and haven’t had problems. The manager there has given us such a hassle, and answered the phone with «So, what do you want?» when we explained the problem. Ended up their compromise was half off replacement trees. We go there to pick out the trees, and the other manager didn’t know of our issue (great communication between managers). She didn’t even look at us when she said we’d have to come back when that manager was there. WHAT?! Fortunately another worker, April, was really nice, and we tagged the trees and waited for the manager to call us back. Then they wanted to charge us for having their dead trees removed!
Long story short, we won’t be going back there again. They are about 10% overpriced than other nurseries (even cedar mulch…$ 34/​yd here, and $ 32/​yd elsewhere).
Not happy, especially at how they treat (ex) loyal customers.

This place is awesome, they have an awesome collection, I also liked the pottery collection they had at such a reasonable price.
The owner is very helpful and friendly, will help you find what exactly you need.
