If you are looking for a quiet place with friendly people to taste some great beer, then this is it! This brewery has a tasting room, not a brew pub. People who have complained about the service haven’t spent much time in brewery tasting rooms! On most nights there is only one bartender and when it gets busy personal attention can be difficult. Most weekends there are at least two bartenders. The beer is exceptional! I don’t like everything they brew, but that is expected with every brewery! There are always at least three or four I love. The Miss Betty is a slightly sweet beer with a full body and a great aroma. I visit the DFH and Fordham brewery often, but the MRB is my favorite!

Probably one of the better breweries in the area. Comparable to DFH, and EVO as far as quality. Eric & Ryan have done an awesome job creating some tasty brews.

We sampled all ten beers($ 20). None of them wowed me, none. Some were hard to finish. I give two stars since the atmosphere was fun, staff friendly, lots of games to play, and dog friendly.

Nice beers, nice staff, VERY hard to locate, tucked way behind a generic building center. Directional signage would increase sales undoubtedly(even u turns are difficult for those who persevere). We had the Reach Around which was my favorite. Overall pleasant experience once I found it!

Pretty decent brewery for the middle of nowhere. Has a country feel to the place, they have live music, and very nice people and staff. The beer is pretty good and they have some different brews. The Jamaican jerk and mojito beer are very interesting. I loved the E=MC2BEER. Their stouts are very nice to the pallet.

Stopped in here on a random Wednesday night. It was Cards Against Humanity night, apparently, and we stayed way later than planned, enjoyed a tour of the facility, and tasted many delicious beers. Can’t wait to go back.

Decent beer. But didn’t appreciate driving 2 hours to be ignored by staff. Their conversations are much more important than having to deal with empty glasses or even a cursery explanation of the beer.

Tried 11 beers but did not bring a note pad. beach bum was my favorite. It was the most unique and creative beer they had and probably the most complex. I reckon a soft Belgian pale at its’ base but had some well constructed tartness that I like a lot. sort of a Belgian pale that was engineered to be a bit more refreshing in lemonade stand sort of way(note this is not a shandy at all). aptly named and good for the mood on a hot beach day. enjoyed them all and thought each beer was solid. there were a couple spicy ones that were very well done. it’s always great to have a proper spicy beer versus some one arbitrarily throwing in jalapenos or something. dunkel was the only one that struck me as sub par. thin… and not the right type of maltyness after taste too brief and fleeting. def no banana notes. not hating though! out of 11 beers this was the only one id review badly. friendly service that went out of their way to make us feel extra welcome and accommodated. they def went the extra step. one of the brewers gave an exciting tour for free. i wish the bartender was as enthusiastic about beer as the tour guide… but service and atmosphere were fantastic all around.

Mispillion is a place we love to go with a group of our friends. We have had both good and bad experiences with the bartenders — sometimes we go in and they are great and really friendly and will answer our questions regarding beers, and other times they seem like we are bothering them with questions and would like to cater more to the regulars that come to hang out. It’s a little on the smaller side, but is nice because they have tables inside and they allow you to bring outside food and on the weekends seem to have different food trucks. They have a small bookshelf with different board and card games, which is a great way to add more enjoyment to trying beers. We took a tour of the brewery with the owner who was really friendly and allowed us to try beers that they were testing out. My favorite beer here is the catcaller which is a sour raspberry beer.

Great beer, great place to drink it, friendly folks and attentive staff… really like this place especially the Peat Smoked Porter and the Black Tie IPA. And the Jakarta food truck parked outside was fantastic. Clean with an really good selection of Asian dishes. Try the Indonesian Fried Rice extra spicy then come thank me for the tip.

This place is pretty out there with a lot of their offerings. But they usually have about 10 beers or more on tap – so if they hit a home run on 3 or 4 that is good. I do not drink fruit beers and sometimes MRB has too many of them. They have a tasty porter. The Belgian Pale Ale has a lot of citrus and floral aroma to go along with the yeast esters, very different – but it works. During dinner time there is a food truck outside selling BBQ. This is a production brewery that has a busy tasting room. It isn’t a brew pub. It is very much worth the 2 mile detour on the way to or from the beach. Cheers!

Stopped by while we were staying at the Causey Mansion in Milford. We tried a flight and found all of the beers to be top notch. We even got a growler filled to take home with us. We were there on a Saturday night and they had some live music, a BBQ food truck outside, and a really nice laid back vibe.

Visited Mispillion about two weeks ago and was not disappointed. Great spot with excellent beers — a solid 10 that were good across the board. I held a star back just because their double IPA wasn’t on draft, but I’m sure they’ll earn it next time I’m there. FYI the owner was there, and was an excellent to host, both to my family as well as my five year old. The brewery had a nice array of crafts and crayons and the like and my daughter had just as much fun as we did. We came from Ocean Pines, MD, and I have to say, well worth the drive!
