I have never been more frustrated with a doctors office. I am a new patient of Dr. Murray, but have had to return frequently (4 – 5) times over the past few months due to an issue. Medically I have been treated wonderfully, but the unprofessional and careless functioning of the office is staggering not to mention infuriating. I’ve waited for every appointment for over 35 minutes… even AFTER getting there 15 minutes early each time per their request. Once they actually asked me to come back in 45 minutes after waiting for 20 because they were running behind. Again, baffling. No one ever knows why I’m there, because the appointment is entered into the system the wrong way. I have to tell my story every time I see them as if I’ve never been there before which is kind of disconcerting as well. Dr. Murray is a very good, thorough, caring doctor and the medical staff is knowledgable, but I will certainly be looking for a new doctor when this issue is wrapped up.

I have not figured out how to remove my last review where I had difficulties with Dr. Murray’s office support staff… But in the meantime, I need to share that when Dr. Murray learned of the difficulties I was having reaching her and getting answers about my issues, she made every effort to message me and call me and spent quite a bit of time talking to me about my health questions. She showed me that keeping an open mind is always aways a great idea:) Dr. Murray may end up being my favorite doctor yet… with a little patience, if you get to talk to her she has a lot of very valuable information and is clearly a kind and well-​meaning doctor.

Mary Murray is the nicest OBGYN I’ve ever had. She is so nice & sweet. She is very personable and talks to you thru the exam. She explains everything in detail so you know what is going on. I definitely recommend going to her for an appointment!
