Wide selection of beer on taps. There is some excellent beer here, and from what I’ve heard from the owner, they change the selections seasonally. For gluten-​free options, they actually have a few selections of cider on tap, usually angry orchard or woodchuck. There’s nothing worse than having to decide on a fancy mixed drink at a dive bar.
When I lived close by, a whole group of friends would go to Kils to watch «the walking dead». They would set all the screens to the show and it was actually really cool to have a huge showing of it. There’s a sense of community here since its often locals come night after night.
Kils is located on the Milford oval, which has a few other bars within a very short walk (or stumble) which creates a fun, safe, beautiful, small town, bar crawl. Don’t expect fine dining here, but out of all the bars in town, this one was my favorite.
ALSO, last time I was there, this is a cash only bar but has an ATM inside.
