They are rude, unprofessional and don’t know what the term «customer service» means. They quoted a price for towing at the beginning of the week that increased by the end of the week and refused to honor the original price. Reported them to Geico & AAA. Hopefully they’ll get it together.

I have been getting my vehicles repaired and scheduled maintenance with one stop for about eight years. I highly recommend this shop to all my friends and family because they are honest and fair. The prices are reasonable and they have always done a great job.

Once again, One Stop Auto Shop never disappoints. They towed my car in no time. Then on the same day, they have repaired it without incident. Diane was very helpful, kind and a professional. Wayne the tow driver was more than accommodating and punctual. Thank you for always keeping us at ease knowing that our van is in good hands.
