I have enjoyed Pops for years. I have not experienced any problems with service since the expansion. I, primarily, go there for(weekend) breakfasts. I find the food absolutely delicious and very plentiful. The other day, I saw a few lunch sandwiches going by and they looked humungous! I definitely have a pastrami on rye on my todo(or to have) list now. I highly recommend it.

Since they expanded, the customer service has gone downhill. Every time I go there it seems I have five different waitresses instead of one, and they all just do what they have to do and forget about you. Granted, they are always busy, since they’re only open until 3pm, so they’ve got a lot of people to take care of. The food is good and quick though, and the place does have a family atmosphere. Been going since they were just a teeny little doughnut shop, and will continue to eat here.

This place use to be great. Over the past 2 — 3 years the food and service has really gone down hill. The past few times I’ve been there the eggs are watery. Home fries are usually cold or burned way beyond being edible and the young waitresses are just snotty. Last time I went in for lunch the waitress was in such a hurry to leave she gave me my check early. Then wouldn’t come back for any refills. Well I won’t be back there ever again.
