Excellent customer service and fantastic food! I’ve never had anything on the menu that was anything but perfect! Best food around!

Not sure what all of these negative reviews are about and I hope that I never have to change this review to a negative one because of the several times that I have gotten food from here I have always been pleased… breakfast sandwiches kickass and the Italian Combo Hero is consistently good. The bread is homemade I believe? And if it isn’t then OH well, it tastes delicious anyway. This place is great for anything you need last minute… beer especially. They sell 6 packs and saves you a trip down the mountain.

Commercial says you use the best cheese available on the market. Then I observed you putting processed cheese on the pizza. Also the commercial says you use a brick oven.lmao. Do you people know what a brick pizza oven is??? A brick oven is a hand made brick wood fired oven! Not that factory made, gas, stainless steel oven you are using. I wish I could give negative stars. Get a clue and some level of knowledge concerning the pizza business. FALSEADVERTISING!!! What a joke. What a disgrace to the true professionals in the business.

While the Forklift Café tries to figure out what/where it’s gonna be, Lords Valley is at a loss for weekend breakfast or brunch. Luckily, good ol’ Ray & Charles to the rescue! The prices aren’t really«reasonable» by its location standards, but it IS open, & it serves breakfast all day. Keep in mind that they only have regular coffee, or decaf, but you can have shots of the coffee-flavoring syrups. Nothing fancy here, so escaped-city folks won’t be too thrilled. But it IS open! Nuff said!

Expensive for everything, this is a place that can’t decide if it wants to be a convince store or a deli, the food is frozen or canned and reheated the atmosphere is cluttered and unorganized and the workers are rude, stay away unless you absolutely must go here

Not bad for a quick meal or for some convenience items. Only drawback in my opinion is CASHONLY!!! On the food, just simple food offerings made fresh and right. As for the store, Not very convenient for a convenient store only because of the cash only thing. Other than that Love Rays.

Microwave, Microwave, Microwave… Everything is put through a Microwave! No home cooking here! Owner Chain smokes in store! Checks food temps with His finger after finishing a Smoke! Yum Yum … No Thanks! No Ray Today!

The theme is Ray Charles, and yup, they rob you blind, I sent my daughter in to buy duraflame, that normally cost 3:00 to 3:50 anywhere I go… They charged my daughter almost 8:00 dollars, WHAT A RIPOFF !!!

I love Ray and Charles! We go there frequently for breakfast and the food is great — especially the farmers omelet. Cash only. Also a great little convenience store.

I was in the area for a job and needed a place to crash for an hour. This place was perfect since it has free wi-fi, diner area, and convenience store all in one. The menu is enormous(dozens of panels and posters listing all kinds of breakfast and lunch items including green eggs & ham and sweet potato fries and various beers). The coffee station has various flavored creamers and syrups. The food is good. The service and atmosphere is okay too. There’s a huge screen TV and did I already mention free wi-fi? Cash only. There’s an ATM machine that charges a $ 1.75 terminal fee if you need it.

What an awesome little place!!! It is what I picture when I think of country places. Its a Deli/Supermarket/Diner/Beer Distributor. Their breakfast is not the best, but its pretty good. They do have a wide selection though. They also have a lot of choices of coffee flavors, which is always a plus for me. If you are stuck in the Poconos with no internet its also a pretty good place to check out because they have free wifi
