Went to this store to return some things and Anthony was the most helpful and positive associate. He empathized with me when I explained why I was returning the products and made suggestions for future purchases. He was a pleasure to deal with and made me feel valued as a customer. Great job Anthony!

Okay so this is an update to my last review on this store… I finally decided to check it out again, and they have improved a lot! Finally weren’t out of products(except for NARS orgasm) but that’s okay. And their sales associates were super helpful! I spent over $ 200 in less than 10 minutes! Yay!

Few months ago sephora was full of helpful makeup artists who comes up right away as you enter the store and greet you. I had a great experience. Last weekend, I went in to look for some new make up for my stash. Let’s say, the whole time I was there, no one said a thing to me or other customers in there. There were three sales… people, standing at the register giggling and not doing their job. I tired asking one of them, a girl that looks like a goth, eyes were blood shot like she was on something, idk and idc, to help me find a certain product. She said oh one sec I’ll help you in a few. 10 minutes later she was standing at the register not doing anything but just«hanging out» It was whatever, I found what I wanted and proceeded to check out. These people were just plain lazy. If you work at a cosmetic store you have to be helpful I wish the people who worked there a few months ago were still there, they were helpful and made the store so fun to b in.
