We were politely informed today that the Milford OH location is no longer dog friendly… Since it’s 90 degrees out & illegal in this area to leave a dog in the car we will no longer be stopping at HD while running errands.
Our 14 week old puppy was lying quietly on her mat in a cart, on a leash. There were several other dogs in the store as well; I heard they were going to Lowe’s…

Jeff, the manager of building materials, was EXTREMELY helpful. I am a teacher in a low income school and needed to build a shelf in my classroom. After discovering that I couldn’t afford the pre cut lumber to build the shelf, Jeff asked me if he could help. Not only did he take the time to check out my design but he cut all of my exact measurements using plywood. On top of all that, because I worked in a low Income school, he donated the wood to me.
I will never go to another Home Depot or hardware store again after my experience with Jeff. Thanks!!!
