The UPS Store

Worst ever. Tried to send a box of framed photos weighing 11lbs. After 10 minutes of measuring the items (which I brought in a grocery bag) I was told it would be $ 94. I never even got to the part where it was going or how soon I needed it there. I left and spent $ 9 including a box from elsewhere.

The customer service at this store is a ZERO! First, they shipped 3 boxes to the same address for me and sent them as individual boxes (shipment = 1 of 1). When I questioned the labeling, I was told «it all ships the same way». So, 2 boxes made it and big surprise, 1 of the boxes was lost. That was the week before Thanksgiving. I did purchase insurance for all 3 boxes, so I began the UPS investigation process. Finally after 6 phone calls and 2 emails UPS admitted that they could not find the shipment and would be issuing me the insurance check. At that point I was told to work with the UPS store in Milford because UPS would be sending the check to them. After calling Milford and speaking directly with the owner, I was assured that he would keep me posted on the progress. One week goes by, NO PHONE CALL. So I call him, he tries to tell me he spoke with my husband, so I put my husband on the phone. Again, the owner tells me he will keep me posted and call me when the check comes in. That was the week before Christmas… No phone calls. Today, New Years Eve, I call the Milford store, he has not received a check, and thinks that is has gotten lost in the mail. REALLY! UPS lost a box of my Grandmother’s antique crystal glass set AND they lost the check too!!! NEVER AGAIN will I ship from UPS. And for the record, the Milford store owner has not followed through on his word. It is a family owned business, so one would think that they would provide excellent service … Not the case!

Kind and friendly staff. I come here to ship and also print brochures and business cards, banners, flyers, and wide format printing for my business. Their prices are better than Staples!
Notary on site at all times and they do everything the post office does but with a friendlier staff and quicker service.
Definitely recommend for any business (or personal) needs!
