A patient here since 2010. I’ve had a couple fillings and a root canal. Dr. Thalody and the staff have been terrific and always make me feel comfortable. I would recommend Dr. Thalody to anyone.

I’ll start off by saying that I have really bad teeth & not so great dental insurance. I need a lot of work done and just happened to see Dr. Tom when referred by a coworker. I was in pain and my regular dentist couldn’t fit me in. I made the decision to switch from just that one visit. The office looks great and has these tvs at the dental chairs where he puts up your xrays to go over them with you. The staff is wonderful. I was really scared to get a cleaning because of the sensitivity I have with my teeth. Nicole put a topical gel that provided some relief and I felt no pain or discomfort with the cleaning. The front office staff is helping me put money onto a credit card that I get through the office to pay off the work I’m getting done in 18 months. She is helping me juggle my insurance, appointments, and the card to make sure I am getting the most out of my money. I really appreciate the time that is spent with me. Dr. Tom spends a lot of time reviewing with me what I need to do to protect my teeth that my last dentist didn’t. I now have prescription toothpaste that I should’ve been using long ago but wasn’t prescribed it before going to him. Obviously I am not happy about the money I have to spend to fix my teeth but my mind is at ease with the plan Dr. Tom and his staff have created for me and I won’t go to anyone else from now on. I highly recommend Dr. Tom. He is very thorough and makes me feel that I am in good, competent hands. Plus if you refer someone you get $ 25 off and so do they! Also — that day I was having pain & my dentist couldn’t get me in — the staff got me in, a new patient, in just a few hours.

I’ve been coming here for 2 – 3 years and in that time I’ve had a few cavities filled in addition to my regular biannual cleanings. Great office staff (they always call me one or two days before my appointments to remind me), great dental hygienists (friendly and, importantly, gentle), and Dr. Thalody himself is a first-​rate dentist. The parking lot is small but I’ve never had a problem finding a parking space, and I’ve never had a problem with scheduling a convenient appointment. They give a 10% discount to people without insurance and their prices are affordable.
