Never pre-​order from TRU! They sold my preorders of Amiibo on the store floor and didn’t sell to those who had reserves. They never notify me of when the pre orders come in!!! Horrendous and no apology! Now I’m out 6 dollars on all reserves. Disgusting

Would give no stars if I could. Worst customer service ever. 1 register open at guest service the the entrance door turned into a major cluster f*ck. By the time I worked my up to register the blonde female cashier was so stressed from calling for back up and getting none her attitude went from fair to nasty really quick. Never again Toys R Us will be the next bradlees/​caldors soon enough. Target is way cheap and has the man power to service their clients.

Pretty much has any toy a kid can ask for. Came here to shop for Lego’s for a birthday present. Holy crap I was so overwhelmed with the Lego selection. Didn’t realize there were so many choices these days and damn are they expensive now! Store was well organized and the staff were all very helpful and patient.

All around worst retail store that I have ever been to. Adrien, Donna, and the manager Lou were unhelpful. If you can’t get assistance from the manager then who can you get it from. Lead by example and as you see the others fall in line.

A little weird, and a little weirdly set up. Toys R Us in general all seem to look the same: lots of toys, but a little sad.
They do have an okay (but not great) selection of beach-​related amenities. This is surprising considering how close they are to the ocean. But the pickings are here, and you can still get things, like floaties and whatnot.
Also they have Legos. Lots of Legos. I didn’t buy any here (I’m surprised too), but they have them.

This place gives me a major headache. The employees could care less about helping customers and seem to rather have conversations amongst themselves. Store seems very run down and could use some renovations too. You won’t find me here at during holiday shopping times.
