The food was great the service was outstanding. The best part of the experience was my meat coma from all the sushi I ate.

Yummy Yummy opened recently in the former China Golden space on the Milford Oval serving Chinese and Japanese cuisine. Parking outside on the Oval can be tricky, so use caution. The atmosphere inside is casual and clean, the space was renovated offering a cozy full service dining room and sushi bar, which is fully carpeted. They offer the standard Chinese fare including chef’s specialties and 18 Combination Platters for lunch($ 5.95 until 2:30PM) and dinner($ 8.50) which includes pork fried rice and choice of appetizer or soup. According to the menu, no MSG. The list of sushi rolls choices is quite extensive and hibachi dinners(cooked in the kitchen) are offered too. For specialty drinks, they offer a good selection of smoothies, coffee drinks, and bubble tea. I stopped in here twice for takeout very recently. The service was prompt on each visit. Condiments such as soy sauce and fried noodles were provided, but no utensils provided? They should offer plastic utensils as an option. I keep a set of plastic utensils in my ride though. On my first visit, I ordered a la carte Eggplant with Garlic Sauce($ 7.25 plus tax) with brown rice which was very good. The Chinese eggplant pieces were cooked very soft with sauteed onions in a spicy sweet garlic sauce, melt in your mouth good! The brown rice had a nice firm texture. On the second visit, I ordered Lunch Combination 16($ 5.95 plus tax) Shrimp Lo Mein with Pork Fried Rice and Hot & Sour Soup. The lo mein dish was not greasy and pretty straightforward with tender shrimp(cleaned), vegetables(cabbage, onion, carrots) and firm noodles. The pork fried rice(golden color) had firm texture rice with small tender roast pork cubes, peas, carrots, & onions. The hot & sour soup was decent, which could’ve been hotter(temperature) and not too spicy. Overall, I enjoyed the food on both visits and plan on returning again for the Eggplant with Garlic Sauce dish, which is also offered as Combination Platter 8.
