Apex Restoration has responded to all of my request in a timely manner. Emergencies will often show up when we least expect them and Mark is right their to make the process that much smoother. Our condominium in Waikiki is fortunate to have an experience and well rounded individual who takes pride and ownership for all of his work. We can count on him to deliver water restoration solutions and takes it a step further and provides professional service when it comes to preparing the drywall and painting all in one package. No surprises and no strings attached, invoicing that is fair and we are glad to have on our side when unfortunate leaks occur.

No matter how good a service is, it’s useless if you can’t use it. A friend recommended Apex Restoration so I tried emailing twice over the last two weeks. No reply. Very disappointing. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I’ve done business with Mark Williams at Apex Restoration on 2 separate occasions, and will definitely call him again if I ever need someone to clean my carpets! He is awesome! Such a down-​to-​earth kind of guy, really friendly, and not to mention provides great cleaning services! The first time he cleaned my carpets, I was exiting a rental in town that had old stains from previous tenants. He spent a little extra time and care and made the carpet look brand-​new! He even did something to remove the cigarette smell from one of the rooms!
The second time I called him, he gave us a discount because the room was small studio apartment. He was in and out of there in no time.
