Blazin Steaks

Blazin Steaks is usually my go to place for a post workout meal seeing as they are right across from 24 Hour Fitness.
I have had the original steak, garlic steak, grilled garlic ahi, and spicy chicken breast… all of which are great, with the exception of the spicy chicken (which comes shredded). Don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t bad… it was just WAAAAAY too spicy for my liking. I could only eat about 5 bites before I couldn’t handle it anymore. It was like there was a 5 alarm fire going on in my mouth. Haha. It seriously makes me wonder what the extra spicy tastes like. @_@ Other than that, I am a fan of their steamed broccoli as well. It is always cooked just right (not too crunchy, not too mushy), and perfectly seasoned.
The only downside is that I believe the prices are a teensy bit steep, but I would say it’s worth it when you’re trying to get in a quick, healthy meal without having to cook it yourself.

Food is usually yummy, the place is just really dirty. It could use a clean up… cleanliness goes along way I don’t care how good the food is, having a clean restaurant show cases how well you maintain the place as a whole. I stopped eating here because it just grosses me out. The amout of dust, dirt in a small waiting area is just too much. The women staff are usually off putting and rude, idk what it is but the men that cash my or I out are alot more patient and respectful.

Your quality of food has turned to shit. Season your steak please and ask me how I want it cooked (rare, medium rare, well done, etc) it was very over done, chewy, and hard to eat… I love my steak medium rare with lots of seasoning. Do you guys even own salt and pepper? If it wasn’t for my steak being drowned in Korean bbq sauce, I probably wouldn’t have eaten my plate. Also my husband had a huge chunk of uncut cabbage in his salad… Literally a baseball sized chunk of cabbage. Thanks but no thanks. BTW it’s almost the last day of 2015… Take your frickin Halloween decorations down already. so shame. Peace out.

Small place. They charge you for refills the line is long and slow. My mixed plate tasted like ass. I won’t go back here. Also pretty dirty inside.

I did a to go order around 7:40 and the guy never told me my total, he just hung up. I called back and asked for my total and the girl said «u know u need to be here by 8. Cuz that’s when we close» sooo rude. They were rushing ppl out Bc they wanted to go home. They didn’t bag my food or ask if I needed a bag. The girls were rude. The prices don’t match the food. Very little food. Steak and things in wahiawa is way better.

Great service… the girl behind the counter let me sample the thai peanut sauce… which I might try next time around! Great tasting food!

It’s small inside and there is nowhere to sit, but don’t let that discourage you from eating here. I’m a big fan of small places, because sometimes they can pack a powerful punch.
The staff there was hardworking and got my food ready quickly. I ordered the the Xtra spicy chicken and my wife ordered the garlic chicken. They came with one side and the choice between brown, fried or white rice. I choice the brown rice along with my wife.
At first bite of the Xtra spicy chicken my taste buds began to water. (I salivate at the thought of spicy food and I swear, something that isn’t very sexy though) The portions were a good size and filling. I even saw a mother and daughter share one.
Like many red blooded Americans from the mainland I put spicy sauce and their brown teriyaki sauce on my rice for flavor.
The outdoor seating sits about 8 people (2 tables) and I believe you can access the Starbucks wifi from your table outside!

My go-​to place whenever my family is craving steak. The employees at this location are always friendly and always welcome their patrons as soon as they walk in the door. I always enjoy the taste of their food & i like the fact that they cut up there meats prior to packing it in their take out plates. I didn’t give 5 stars because the Only thing I don’t really like about this location is that there only 2 small tables right outside… I wish there was more seating areas available at this shopping center.

We live close to here so with not much else in the area, it’s one of our regular places to go to. I usually get the steak plate. Good food, and I think the prices are reasonable. I wouldn’t recommend getting the onions as a side though. $ 1.25 and you only get a couple pieces… But it’s a fast and convenient dinner option.

Best steak joint by far. Everything on the menu is superb! The best part is the location, it’s close to the gym which means their menu won’t leave you feeling guilty. Great customer service and you never wait forever and a century for your order.

Everything’s great foods yummy. great customer service but a bit expensive. If they lowered the price a little bit i would be there more.

I love the steak plate but the service sucks. The girl at the register wasn’t even looking at me when I was ordering, she didn’t ask if I wanted anything else when my boyfriend needed to order, she was too busy looking at the guys working behind her. She seriously needs to work on customer service. I hope the manager does something about this. Oh I didn’t get her name but she was working the closing shift on 7÷20÷15 FYI.

I had the spicy chicken with double white rice, and I was initially underwhelmed with the chicken. It was better when I reheated the leftovers.

Food is ono but the staff SUCKS! I’ve been coming here for 2 years and my last two visits I have encountered terrible staff! I hope the managers monitor Unilocal bc the girl running the register needs some COACHING!

Blazing steaks is the go to spot for lunch amazing food at a great price. Garlic steak and shrimp all the way.

Edited: from 4 to 5 stars. I can say that after being here multiple times, they have got me hooked. Love the steak and chicken plate with the korean bbq sauce. This is one of the places i will miss the most!
Delicious meat. Love to get my plate with rice and corn and an extra side of mac salad.

I loved my tri tips Kim Chee style. Very tasty and tender. The mac salad made with spaghetti was yummy. The only reason 4 stars my mom got the steak and fish and let’s just say the fish wasn’t tasty at all. It had a weird texture. But she loved her steak and the salad.

I’m going to miss this place when we go back to the mainland.
Every time we have ever eaten here it has been great customer service I just can’t complain. The food is always made fresh and it usually comes out sip we r fast
Favorite is the garlic steak with mushrooms with some white rice and mac salad. The price is reasonable so It makes my wallet happy.
The only down fall is the sitting arrangements,…they are very limited to say the least but hey for the price and the quality I can’t complain.
Location is we excellent for us… we live in the schofield area so that’s awesome too
Overall I love this place, some improvements would be military discount and more tables.

Pretty good place to stop by for lunch break. Price was reasonable for what they offer. It’s conveniently and has to be strategically situated next to a 24 Hour Fitness so gym junkies can get their protein fix immediately !
I had the Steak and Shrimp. I like that there are healthy options to pair with your entrees. Like replacing white rice with brown and Mac salad with tossed salad if you so choose to. I’m sure you can completely cut out the carbs and have just greens.
I’ll definitely try again to get away from Schofield while on lunch break. Probably take a whack at one of the grilled fish offerings.

This little storefront next to Starbucks in Mililani Shopping Center just hasn’t had much luck. The previous tenant, Maui Tacos, was there a while, but it was one of those places I went to once and found everything from the taste to the portions lacking. I never ate there again.
Now a Blazin Steaks has come in to replace it, and I’m sad to say history has repeated itself for me. I ordered a garlic mahi plate for $ 8.99. They were slammed with soldiers from Wheeler so it took a good while for my order to be ready. When I finally got my order, the amount of mahi was super small and was not very good cuts of the fish either – it looked like the tail bits and it tasted briny and cheap. It was also covered in a shoyu garlic gravy that wasn’t very good. I would’ve been better off going to nearby Foodland, buying my own mahi, seasoning it, and pan-​frying it in garlic myself. It’s not real bad, but it’s not a good value either. I would definitely find a different place for lunch next time.
