Took my adult daughter to their Mililani Tech office for a consult on her Eczema. Getting in initial contact to schedule an appointment by phone was a little difficult, but their email option works well and someone contacted us within 24 hours. At the initial appointment the staff was very friendly and we hardly had any wait. Our provider was Physicians Assistant Eric Yukumoto. He is the best!!! Very knowledgeable, great bedside manner and he taught me a thing or two, although I am a medical professional and have had personal experience with Eczema as well. We have a follow up in a few weeks. So for new patients, request appointment via their website and don’t be discouraged if your first appointment is with the PA instead of MD. Eric knows his stuff!!!

TUE, 11−1−15 at about 11:30 a.m. Physician Assistant Eric Yukumoto was wonderful as usual. Very efficient, on time, professional. He’s a definite asset to Complete Dermatology. So, why the three-stars rating instead of five? Complete Dermatology dropped the ball when it came to my HydraFacial appointment. After my appointment with Eric, I was escorted to a waiting room. I waited over 20 minutes there for my HydraFacial appointment. During that time, no one acknowledged nor updated me. It was well past my appointment time. While things often take longer than expected, Complete Dermatology should keep its patients updated if there will be more than a 10 minute wait. They failed to do this today. I think it was all in the name of greed to squeeze someone else in to have HydraFacial done before my 11 a.m. appointment, thus causing an extreme delay in my appointment. Needless to say, I walked out and never had the treatment done. Complete Dermatology tried very hard to remedy that situation after the fact, but I don’t think I will ever go there for a HydraFacial again. Since I expressed my dissatisfaction in having to wait so long, I’m sure the HydraFacial technician would use battery acid on my face as a payback. As for going back to see Physician Assistant Eric, I’d certainly do that, but I’d stay away from any HydraFacial treatments. Aloha.

My first experience going to Complete Dermatology was great being it was very close to home in Mililani. I was given a choice between 2 Dr’s and chose the one who has the earliest appointment available. I saw Dr. Knox. He was thorough and used Nitrogen to freeze off sun spots. My follow up weeks later showed the sun spots were still there, so he used Nitrogen again and held it longer on each spot. They all grew into a huge water blister and the area around it were red. When those blisters popped, I seem to have 3rd degree burns that were deep below the skin layers. I know have ugly dark scarring that are darker then the sun spots were. I can’t believe he did this!!! I didn’t go back to Knox, but did mention my situation to the receptionist and Erik who is a Physician Assistant and much more knowledgeable. Erik is awesome! He even diagnosed my skin condition correctly, where Dr. Knox was incorrect and said I had something far fetched. Due to my experience. 1 star for my experience with Dr. Knox

I went there for the first time today. The staff were friendly and one receptionist(wish I remembered her name) knew some sign language(I am deaf) and I was so happy. However, I was in for another surprise. Eric Yukumoto came in and knew sign language very well! I was in awe and had to get over that. He was very nice and communication was smooth. He made my day!

I went in to see Dr. John Knox regarding small bumps on my hand. Dr. Knox was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions I had with him. He told me about allergies and washing my hands too much can kill the good bacteria and irritate my skin. He gave me an ointment for eczema and the bumps went away after a few days. I would go back again if I had any other problems regarding my skin. The only issue I had was one of the receptionist didn’t seem too friendly, but the other lady with blonde curly hair was so helpful.
