DO NOT go here! We took our truck here on June 29^th of 2010 and it was a HORRIBLE experience. We were told if we dropped it off by 7:00am, they could get to it the same day. It needed front and rear breaks. My husband dropped it off at 6:30am to be safe. Again, he was told it would be done that day. We called all day long to check on the status of the vehicle, we were told it wasn’t done, but were reassured it would be by the end of the day. My husband was scheduled to deploy the next day so we continued to stress to them that it was IMPERATIVE that it be done the same day. At 6:45pm after not hearing ANYTHING from them all day except for when we called, we called them again. They did not answer their phones. We drove down there only to find it parked in the same spot we left it in 12 hours earlier, and we were told they «weren’t able to do it» that day because someone had called in. REALLY?! And they didn’t know this at NOON when we called to check on the vehicle? or at 3pm? or at 5pm? We requested a manager call us… a year and a half later we are still waiting for that call. I SWORE I would never use them again, but when our truck needed a simple alignment, we called around and they were the cheapest so we decided since we weren’t under a time constraint, and we really could save the money vs. going somewhere else, we gave them another chance. FAIL. AGAIN. We took our truck first thing yesterday morning for an alignment and got a call a few hours later that the Hub Bearing needed to be replaced and now instead of $ 80, our total was over $ 600. Since the truck was already there at their shop, we agreed to let them do the extra work. Picked up the truck yesterday evening, only to find it was STILL pulling really bad to the right and clearly, and alignment was never done! SO, my husband called them, and we took the truck BACK to them this morning where they told us they would align it for us again and it would take about 45 minutes. An hour and a half later I’m still waiting for my husband to leave the shop. Bottom line: They may be cheaper, but you DEFINITELY get what you pay for. Customer service is a complete bust with this place, and if you don’t have the time to leave your car with them for an entire week or MORE to get stuff done, look for another shop. (BTW, this is not in Mililani, this is located on Schofield Barracks in Wahiawa, HI)
