AG Design and Build

Andrey at AG Design & Build did all the work on our major bathroom remodel (major gut job demolition, new drywall, tile, paint, electrical fixtures, replacing door and window) with exception of the rough plumbing. He did a really great job and the bathroom turned out so nice and perfect much better than we had hoped for. He did high quality work, was very organized, tidy, and paid attention to every detail and brought up potential gotchas to address in a timely manner so we could plan for it. He was efficient, honest and respectful and worked well independently. He stayed within the original budget and time estimate which was a relief. His bid was also very reasonable to begin with. So we would definitely hire him for our next remodel project. Thank you Andrey, we love our new bathroom!

Andrey with his team from AG designs performed a very professional remodel of our garage. This work was completed on time, within budget and high-​quality. Significant attention to detail was put into each element, from insulation to wood finishes that he crafted to match our home. Andrey’s team has been the best contractor in the PNW I’ve ever worked with. I would recommend Andrey for any type of remodel project.

I had Andrey renovate my guest bath — tile surround, vanity, flooring, paint, etc. I had a separate plumber come in to do the plumbing work (though Andrey said he could have found a plumber if necessary). I tend to shop around and buy all the materials myself, flooring, tile, etc. so Andrey worked with everything I threw at him. He was able to answer my technical questions on various issues (why use this grout instead of that grout, etc.)
In shopping for a contractor, Andrey always answered my emails by the end of the day (some renovators seem to struggle with this concept) and once we started the job he was working every day (again, some contractors disappear for a day or two as they’re juggling multiple jobs). Andrey queued things up so that he was with me straight through.
After every day’s work the staging areas were clean enough that I could let my cat wander.
And, last but not least, the bathroom is looking very good now.

Andrey did a bath remodel for us — floor tile, shower rebuild and tile, cabinet install. His price was much less than another bid I had received and he did the job in less time than a larger company estimated. His work is meticulous. He cleans up at the end of every day and while he is in the house he is quiet and out of the way. He met us at Home Depot and then a tile store to help us select our items. He saw a small chip in the porcelain toilet after it was installed — he uninstalled it and re-​installed another one. He worked with our schedule as the cabinet did not arrive when he was ready to install it. I would definitely use Andrey for any similar project.
