I have suffered with a chronic illness since I was a teenager. I’ve dealt with 100’s of doctors and have never run into the incompetence I ran into here. If I could give it a negative star, I would! I called three times to check if insurance was compatible, etc. I spend the money on gas to get to my appointment, I give them my paperwork and cards, 10 minutes later she comes back and says «so we are accepting new patients, and we accept Medicare, but we don’t accept new patients with Medicare.». In all the times I called, and all the time spent talking to them, they couldn’t have told me that over the phone? In addition to, as I was standing there, a current patient of theirs called them out for committing insurance fraud. Who committs fraud, and then sends it to collections? I am not sure if it’s the doctor who is this horrible, or if he got a snake for an office manager/​billing person. Either way, be forewarned, and don’t waste your time!
