Baskin-Robbins

This particular Baskin Robbins looked a bit hidden when traveling there. Service was reasonable good with no hassle. I ordered a single scoop of Jamoca on a waffle cone and it was exactly what I expected. Decent ice cream that’s consistently good.

There is no other place I crave more than Baskin Robbins! I am a huge ice cream addict, and this is my fix!
This was my first time at this location. The girl behind the Counter was very sweet. Moshe greeted us when we walked in, though she was busy and with another customer.
She was sure to ask what I would like on top of my sundae, and happy to list out the available items.
Thumbs up to this location. Plus! It’s right in the heart of Mill Creek Town Center! Always a bonus!

Just so you know — They do not accept the Groupon.
Bummer, because the ONLY reason I bought the Groupon was so I could treat my kids AND their friends to an after school ice cream — I wanted to look like a «big shot», but instead, I had to put away my Groupon… and shell out the «big bucks»

Great selection but at the same time just for 2 scoops each for me and my daughter it came up to at least $ 11.00… it’s crazy how much they charge for their stuff. I guess it’s only best to go there when you are really craving for it… much cheaper to get your own Ice cream and toppings… LOL I wouldn’t have gone if it weren’t for my daughter. I had gummy bears on mine and that sh*t was hard as hell… The ice cream itself was okay… good but just okay…

Love their Rocky Road ice cream. Unlike other reviewers on here, I received generous scoops both times I visited here.

Baskin-​Robbins charges a lot of money for small servings and not much else. This place is not any different from any other franchise. My wife ordered a chocolate malt. What she got was a chocolate milk shake without any malt. I don’t understand how you can get this wrong, but they did. My sundae was almost five dollars, but it wasn’t anything special.

If I go to Baskin Robbins, it has been on the weekend. Yesterday I went with my daughter after a doctor appt. The owner was there instead of the more friendly weekend staff. He came out from the back, not smile, no eye contact. He kept coughing in his hand which was sort of unbelievable. I ordered a single scoop, wafer cone — cost $ 2.55 + tax. He lightly scooped the ice cream as to not pack down and then placed into cone, not packing into cone. It was the size of a childs cone. Same for my daughter although we paid 80 cents more for a waffle cone. Mine was gone in no time and I didn’t even get my ice cream fix. I felt like the owner was super cheap. Truth is, we will not be back. I just like to get my money’s worth and do not like to feel ripped off. So short sighted to «save» money in this way.

This Baskin Robbins is very clean and have a great selection here. The staff is friendly. They have indoor and outdoor seating.

Owner does not participate in national promotions or take any coupons. While I totally understand that a franchise has a choice whether or not to participate in promotions, the fact that this store does not accept any promos or offers shows that they want all the recognition of a national name without having to incur any of the advertising expenses on their own. I’ll go to Cold Stone, or better yet Spotted Cow or Snoqualimie for ice cream!

I love Baskin Robbins, they have a good selection here! Ordered my birthday cake last year from here and got exactly what I asked for.

Great food and service. this place will make your mouth water because the ice creams so good. So dig in.
