I went to this foot doctor hoping for ethical medical services. No, the surprise medical bill looks like fraud to me. First, the doctor never advised me of all the pop-​up charges. Here are the surprises:
$ 180.00 new patient fee (bad business)
$ 70.00 Office visit
$ 115 …Office visit
$ 160… for a pair of brace ($ 3.45 on ebay, $ 4.00 on ebay)
And on, and on it goes with charges for walking, strips on my foot and so on.
Since I am a senior, I caution all senior citizens to be careful of this doctor.
Ask for the cost of visiting his office, if he offers you coffee, ask for the cost, if he asks you to walk around, ask for the cost
Even when I went to pick up my orthotics (cost=$ 450), he charged another $ 60 for office visit. This is definitely NOT ethical medical service. I have visited several foot doctors in many states, none comes closer to this office in pinching patient’s dollars.
Seniors be careful!!!
