I was extremely dissatisfied by the Medical Assistant. The care is always great by the practitioners and the front desk. However, I was put in a difficult situation due to their inability to call and rectify their mistake. I would not refer anyone to this group. Patient care and basic respect lacked. This currently is over a 30 minute wait now.

I can’t say about the medical care because I wasn’t seen there but I can say they are very busy and will NOT do anything to try to fit you in for emergency type visits. I’m sure this is a great practice to go to as evident by how busy the clinic is however if you might ever have a need to see your dr and can’t or don’t want to wait 2 months to do so you may want to reconsider choosing this clinic.
On a side not office staff was not rude just unwilling to try.
