Went there last Saturday as I was killing time for an appointment. Pier one is without a doubt a great place to browse. I often find their prices a bit high, but often find cool things for décor. This time was no exception and I was pleasantly surprised by how cheerful the staff was. They were helpful as they knew I was in a rush and they helped me coordinate some items. One of the better experiences i have had at a Pier One.

The good: great selection that is always changing. The bad: horrible customer service. I’m always ignored. Not even a smile or hello. Had my arms full of items and 2 staff passed me and kept chatting about theirvpersonal lives.

Never had had a problem here. they have always been courteous and very helpful. I spend a lot of $$$ here, due to staging my listings. If anything, they probably thought I was a shoplifter, because of the way I scan and walk around their store. ;-)

I love Pier 1 and love the location of this one. It’s located in the Town Center which is in perfect walking distance for me. Also, there’s a Starbucks right next to it. This all makes for a great shopping day!

I love everything about this chain except for the prices! Items can be ridiculously expensive even though they are made well! Staff are great and helpful, and the whole atmosphere of the store is beyond this world! It’s like traveling to an exotic location although it’s just a short drive. Highly recommend it if price is not an issue for you guys :-)

Always fun to walk and browse through Pier 1 and walk off dinner. I do love what i see here, just dont love the prices… just cant totally justify the prices they want, but i do enjoy looking at the products :) Every now and then they will have a 20% coupon you can use and that saves a bunch on a big purchase

This is my favorite Pier 1 location. It’s consistently jam-packed with sleek and sparkly inventory, the customer service is fantastic(helpful but not in an upselling, irritating way) and I love the clearance nook in the far corner. I still consistently find items here that I couldn’t find anywhere else and although the SALE price of $ 25 is a bit much for a decorative pillow, I still almost never walk out without something. The parking can be a pain if you’re dead set on the street but there IS a whole lot and back entrance, so that’s really a non-issue.

Yeah 5 stars eh?! It’s true. I live a little North of this place and to be honest I prefer this place over the Everett Mall one. The customer service here is always superb. Staff are always super friendly and fun to chat with. The store is huge and I’m spoiled by it. Love this place and I come here often.

The service at this Pier 1 is fantastic! The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and are not pushy. It is amazing how much passion some(but of course not all) of the associates have for the products and brand and the fact they really seem to care about their guests. This great service was again demonstrated today by cashier Alyson, who was polite, quick, efficient, personable and did a great job asking for things like add ons and credit card requests in a conversational and non pushy fashion, Thank you Pier 1 Mill Creek!

This Pier 1 gets 5 stars because an employee by the name of Amanda went above and beyond in helping my boyfriend and I locate that damn penguin ornament from the Xmas commercials. My boyfriend was set on finding this rare item for his mom, and Amanda pulled it off. I think Amanda could write a book on customer service and become filthy RICH!
