Howard is my GO TO inspector. I’ve worked with him for over 15 years. He is someone you can trust and get a good report with photos and descriptions of what is going on. If there are items that will need to be addressed in the future, he is great to help provide ideas for preventative maintenance saving my clients a lot of money in the long run.
I also have him to inspections for my clients who are listing their homes before we go on the market. We are prepared for a buyer because we have already addressed any issues. It makes my properties sell for more money because the buyer has peace of mind.

It took him a few hours to go through the whole house, we paid under $ 500 for his time. We received a binder of his notes and when I asked for clarification on things he listened and explained. I appreciate that. He also said we could call him later if we had any other questions, which was very nice. Overall, having gone through this process just further reassured us of this really complicated transaction.
