Qdoba Mexican Grill

Qdoba is consistently good. Though not on the menu, they will still make the Savory Queso if you ask for it. That’s where they add their savory soup (I think) to the cheese to make it a little more flavorful and spicy. For fast, convenient, and healthy food, this place has yet to dissapoint.

I frequent this place at least once a week only because of the vegetarian salads. Since I come so often I can tell which employee will skimp me on portion size. I understand it’s not the most professional job out there but, the staff could be a bit more friendly. Overall I will still be coming back.

After todays visit at this location, I’m never returning. The staff here are rude and especially the older lady manager. Every other time I have been here every staff member have been nice and always have gave me a smile. Today, I ordered a Chicken Burrito bowl and hardly any chicken was in it, and I got the rudest look when I said «a little more please» then the older lady yelled «that’s $ 2 extra»
Before this store was great, now I’m never coming back. The qdoba in Everett is where I started too love qdoba and now that’s the only one I will go to.

Looking for a place to satisfy your Chipotle craving? Look no further! And why would you ever go back to Chipotle? I still don’t trust that supply chain. Anyways… I always preferred Qdoba over Chipotle for two main reasons.
1) The guacamole is NOT extra $!
2) Wait times are always manageable.
This location has friendly staff. They are always so nice to us and generous with portions. The restaurant is clean so I would be comfortable eating on there. I suggest getting a burrito bowl here as the wrapped version will be HUGE!

I don’t think anyone needs to know info about Qdoba, but I’ll speak to this location. I have been countless times, and every time the service and environment is A+. They make it competently (which doesn’t happen at all locations), it is clean, and the star is remarkably friendly.

Went here with friends. I ordered 3 tacos. When cashing out I asked for the spicy habernero sauce. The cashier asked me if I wanted a small or large… I said small. Once she pulled out the tiny container I told her that I rather have the large instead. She rolled her eyes at me and commented how the large was only for the chips and dip. Ummm, not sure why she asked me what size I wanted in the first place.
The tacos were good, but I think I prefer their burrito because I like more filling… but I thought I’d give the tacos a try. My friend also ordered the queso dip which was yummy too.

Food fresh, fast & tasty. It seemed like small portions but when eating, it really was plenty.
Staff was friendly enough, after all it’s really a fast food place.
I’ll go again, when in the vicinity. Just wish there was one up north.

Met a friend here on his recommendation. Food was fresh and tasty service was pretty fast considering it was busy. The was a freshness that was nice. The menu wasn’t anything special but the food was fresh and tasty.

Unprofessional staff lacking customer service skills and their taco meat portions are so small I feel like I’m eating a 99 cent Taco Bell taco.
For the price point I might as well just make my own tacos.

Alright, let me just say that if it wasn’t for the very nice young man behind the cash register, I would be giving this joint a one star. I was a Qudoba virgin before tonight. I was craving a veggie fajita, but because I had just moved to Mill Creek, I didn’t have the ability to make a fajita at home, so Qdoba it was! The two girls behind the prep counter were ok, not overly friendly, but I have experienced much worse customer service. The young man manning the register was awesome (I wish I had his name!) very polite and reduced the amount of my veggie fajita because all I got was the tortilla, peppers and some cheese. I left the place feeling pretty happy, and really excited to fulfill my craving of a fajita. I sat on the floor of my apartment with my dog and shared some of my peppers with her before biting into the what should have been wonderful, magnificent and much anticipated fajita. I got about three bites in after sharing with the pup when I hit a wall. My taste buds quickly noticed the peculiar taste that filled my mouth. It was one of those moments where you quickly spit the entire contents of your mouth out, while gagging and praying to the porcelain god that you make it to the bathroom before you vomit on your new floors. The taste was almost indescribable. It was like bleach/​cleaner met something completely rotten. I was completely disappointed in the food needless to say! Thank you for my one night stand Qdoba, we will not be meeting again!

The best part is free extra guacamole. Love the fajita veggie tacos.

Go here all the time with my friends. Never had a bad experience. All the employees are friendly and helpful. The food is great and the place always looks nice and clean.

My son and I eat here all the time! It’s always delicious! I get the naked burrito and he gets nachos. Will be back soon!

I am pretty sure the staff knows my family now. We are here every week at least once. We absolutely love Qdoba! Dare I say it’s better than Chipotle?

I’m a huge Doba fan and this Qdoba was very dissapointing. The staff aren’t friendly and the manager always gives me smaller and smaller portions everytime I go there. He gave me sort of an unpleasant attitude when I asked for a little bit more of guac because he only gave me half a scoop. Of course I’m going to ask for a little bit more! Doba finally has free guac! I love Doba to death but not at this location. I think I’ll stick to the Qdoba on Bothell Everett highway.

I went to this Qdoba location for the second time today. I’m tired of writing a long description of my visit, so let’s go for some pros and cons.
Pros:
Clean
Good food, tastes fresh
Mexican gumbo is awesome
Awesome points card
Cons:
No one greeted me
Wasn’t very friendly in general
Think the manager was working and gave us really small portions
Overall, not super impressed with the customer service. Would rather go to one of the other locations.

Very consistent quality of food and service in this location. I really like how they simplified the menu and added the new combo plate.

What tasty and fresh food, made the way you like it. You design your dish to your tastes. Everything was fresh, well cooked, and choices were plentiful. With placed like this why go to a lesser, cheaper, and scary place.
The building was hip, clean, and well laid out. The staff was pleasant but didn’t speak spanish. That probably was good, because neither to I. We’ll be back. ;)

Here’s what I’ve noticed about this new Qdoba.
1) The parking lot, while not big, has never been full when I’ve gone. Is it because people are too busy waiting in line at Starbucks?
2) They do 1 scoop rice and 2 scoops beans for the burritos. Beans give you more protein anyway but thought you should know.
3) Chips are not evenly salted. Not that its competitor (Chipotle) has this down either, but com’on! I don’t want a bland chip followed by an over-​salted chip followed by a bland chip…
4) They are still putting coupons out to promote this new location. There was a Buy 1, Get 1 in the Mill Creek Journal. As well as Buy 1, get a Kid’s Meal. Woot!

I love this place. Great to have quality food fast. I love their craft menu. Consistently good. Love the free guacamole. The staff is always nice and fast.
I love their salads, quesadillas, tacos, anything with the chicken. There are three cheese nacho is the best with steak in it.
Also very easy to get in and out of usually, very centrally located with great parking.
