I just called to set up an appointment to get an estimate for getting our home pressure washed. James actually said to me that they are not taking new customers right now, they are booked out. Did not even offer to come out and look. Not a good way to get business, James.

James and crew are the best at what they do in the Seattle market. Whether you just need some mold gently removed from your roof or you have pesky graffiti on your fence and hard to remove brick walls, Sparklewash can handle the job.
James is one of the most honest and comforting owner manager of a business I have ever known. He will tell you straight forward what a job will require and is environmentally conscious when cleaning with or without necessary agents to do the job right. He’s the guy you want on the job for your next major cleaning project!

James Pace, owner operator, uses his mobile equipment on our service fleet once a month to keep us looking sharp.
He’s worked on my home, safely removing moss from the roof, and installing zinc strips for moss prevention. He thoroughly cleaned all the moss from my driveway and sidewalks, and successfully removed graffiti from our wooden fence.
I recommend him for a wide variety of pressure washing needs.
