I’m giving this 2 stars based on 2 experiences so far. First experience was good. Unfortunately I don’t remember the stylist’s name. Second experience was bad. Really bad. I don’t usually like to name people but Anastacia was the stylist, the same that Omar above had. And, like Omar, my neck hairline is crooked. This girl cannot cut a straight line. Stay away from her.
I’m planning on going back one more time and I will request Trang (I think that’s her name) because I have heard good things about her. If it’s outstanding I will bump this up to a 3 or 4 star rating.

Never let Anastacia do your hair!!!
Worst hair stylist ever! She left completely uneven both sides & the border at the back was not straight.
I had to come back so another lady could fix it!!!

I’ve had my hair cut at this location three times now. The first time was pretty much acceptable, not terrible. The second time was really not good at all, and I’d made plans to pretty much never come back. I just remember it being a younger lady who took her sweet time and still managed to mutilate an otherwise decent head of hair. I gave them once last chance a couple weeks ago and got one of the better haircuts ever. I don’t remember the name of the lady that did the job (she didn’t speak very good English but she could cut hair), so as you might imagine, the key here is to just get the right stylist.
they’ve always been good about honoring appointments and they’re generally nice there. Rates are competitive with everywhere else.
