i have fussy kids when it comes to camp. i found avid last year after the other camps we tried got the thumbs down. the first day both boys got into the car and said «best camp ever». the counselors are great. the sessions are set up so the kids really get to learn to paddleboard or really learn outdoormanship. my kids are already saying this is the only camp they will attend this summer! go avid!

Avid4Adventure was my son’s favorite camp last year, and it was the first one we signed up for this year. It was very well organized and the staff is really top notch and highly trained — admin, counselors, after care staff. I felt good about everyone I came in contact with. Counselors send home custom notes about how the kids do each day. The staff made him feel strong, capable, and valued. My son felt very connected with his counselor and to the other kids, and counselors encouraged the kids to stay connected after camp too. My son learned so many outdoor skills and referred to things he learned well after camp ended. All in all this is a really special and top quality camp.

Avid4Adventure is a terrific program, with great sports instruction and excellent counselors. Kids seem to learn a lot, and their interactions are well-​managed and overseen. My daughter loved it!
