I had a sprained ankle which was compromised for about six months long and threw off my alignment. It would feel better, then regress and when I jogged I had to be careful with the ankle. I tried acupuncture to reduce the scar tissue, mild intermittent discomfort, and tight hamstring. After the first treatment I was able to jog without worrying about my ankle and hamstring was looser. A second treatment and I have been able to jog as I did pre-sprain. Vicky spends time with the acupuncture sessions – incorporating massage, cupping, and electrical stimulation for my sprain and hamstring. I will continue with a few more treatments for total and stronger recovery. Very satisfied with the results from Vicky.

We are lucky to have someone like Vicky spend time working in Mill Valley(half-time and the rest of the time in SF), rather than having to go into SF for a professional trained in the Chinese healing arts – acupressure, acupuncture, etc. I just tried the acupressure for my first visit, and plan to try the acupuncture next. My only regret with starting acupuncture in 2007 was not starting it YEARS sooner. Vicky(aka Fan Jin Li) was trained in China & also has her DO from SF. Her English is superb & her knowledge of the body & healing is astounding! Vicky is in Mill Valley a couple days a week & also sees clients in her swanky place on Maiden Lane in SF. She does acupuncture, acupressure, cupping & is an herbalist. If Vicky can’t fix your ailment, it’s doubtful anybody can. Her space in Mill Valley is small, but adequate. She plays music softly in the background while she treats her clients & her private room will make you feel comfy. Vicky will talk if you like to talk during your treatments or will keep things quiet if you prefer silence while you heal. The first time I met Vicky, she made me stick out my tongue & felt the pulse in each of my wrists. She told me I had trouble with my kidney recently. There was no way for her to know this, but I had gone through the agony of kidney stones just a couple of months prior to visiting her. She truly is amazing! Vicky keeps my aches & pains at bay with visits every few weeks, but acupuncture gives an increase in energy & overall feeling of health to anybody. She sees pregnant women & people of all shapes & sizes. If you have ever been curious about acupuncture, give Vicky a call. She can start slowly with acupressure or jump right in to acupuncture. She is a great listener & treats the individual. Everyone I’ve referred has turned into a repeat customer.
