Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Evo Spa. A friend of mine and I had appointments for massage in the evening. I highly recommend going in the evening because it was exceptionally quiet and relaxing to unwind at the end of the day. The front of the store is primarily retail. There’s tons of cute things and delicious smelling candles. I do feel that much of the clothes can be purchased more affordably somewhere else. The back area of the spa is quiet. You immediately feel like a VIP once you go through the spa door. I appreciated the private dressing room area and free locker during our session. There’s a shower and plenty of toiletries. It’s very well thought out.
I really like the pre-​treatment room. There were snacks, fruits, tea, nuts, and flavored water. The couch was comfy and I enjoyed having a angel tarot deck to explore while waiting. My massage therapist was delightful. I highly recommend Nicole. I went in for a deep tissue massage. It wasn’t intense like most of the deep tissue work I got, but I feel it was exactly what I needed for that day. Nicole helped me to feel comfortable and I found her easy to share with because she could relate to my back troubles. I loved the heated table and the delicious scents in the treatment room. When I booked my reservation, the secretary said that this spa didn’t offer aromatherapy sessions, but I still felt fulfilled with the calming and refreshing scents offered during my massage. I was also grateful that the spa allowed us to wind down after the massage and spend some extra time in the pre/​post-​treatment lounge. It’s a great space to meditate and fully soak in the healing work I just experienced.
I definitely plan to return. It was relatively easy to book a massage, but if you plan on any other service, you want to schedule a few days/​a week in advance.

Took my mom here for Mother’s Day, and we loved it. Once you’re inside, it so doesn’t feel like you’re in a strip mall. Cozy robes, great relaxation room, quiet rooms. Had the best facial EVER from Sam, and my mom loved her massage, too!

Had the most amazing experience. Brittany with the massage and Tracy with the facial… I will actually fly back to have another experience. Hard to find and reasonably priced!!!

Love this place. Fabulous retail therapy at a reasonable price. Kara is the buyer and does such a great job. Linda, the spray tan artist, is the best out there. Owner is lovely along with all the staff.

Scheduled Bliss package on Saturday, Feb 13 and enjoyed my facial followed by body massage. The Swedish massage by Nicole was fabulous. She understood what I wanted and needed. Scheduling two treatments is divine because you can take a wee break in the lounge and put hot wraps around your neck while sipping tea and nibbling on seeds and nuts. I look forward to scheduling more treatments. Also very helpful and friendly front desk staff (Gina and Evan).

I have only been going to Evo Spa for less than a year but of my time spent there, I have had a good experience. Ive had a facial, foot spa treatment, a massage and am now getting spray tans by Linda. Linda is awesome! She is sooooo pleasant and her spray tans turn out perfect! She knows her stuff when it comes to application and product knowledge.
I literally feel like I just went to the Bahamas when i get a spray tan from her. I highly recommend seeing Linda for spray tans!

I am a frequent client of Evo Spa for many reasons! The staff is excellent, kind, thoughtful and extremely knowledgeable. They treat everyone with such respect and care– I can honestly say that I have never had a bad experience. I have tried at least 90% of their treatments and so enjoy each and everyone. I recommend Evo Spa 110%

My wife is a frequent customer here but every time it is me who would call and make the appt for her. Staff are very friendly and professional. She comes back rejuvenated and speak highly of the staff. I will give them a try one day.

This is one of the few spas where I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad experience, even as a sporadic customer! And I’d like to give a big shout out to the clothing and accessory selection; one of the very best in Marin.

I had one of the BEST massages ever at EVO Spa yesterday. The therapist, Nicole M., truly has the perfect touch! I highly recommend her and the spa in general. The environment at EVO is extremely clean, beautiful, relaxing and tranquil. The staff is always very professional and helpful. WARNING: The boutique! You’ll see a lot of ‘must have’ items as you enter the door. If I could give six stars, I would! :)

I went to the spa for the first time a few days ago. I had what is called the Kaiya Kalpa treatment. It was absolutely undeniably one of the best treatments have ever had in my whole life pair! I have been to Canyon Ranch more than once which is fabulous one of the top 10 in the country and Evo spas treatment was easily as good if not better! The lady that gives this treatment is a true undeniable fabulous extremely talented healer who I would recommend to anyone who can afford to do this treatment. I would hope that Everywoman everywhere could do this because it is one the most fabulous relaxing calming soothing D stressing wonderful treatments I’ve ever had and the woman who does it is just incredible!!! Evo spa is a beautiful quiet wonderful facility. Clean well-​maintained with all the accoutrements that one could want in a spa! I highly highly recommend everyone going and getting this treatment!

I absolutely love this spa. I have been going here for years and always find it impeccably clean, relaxing and full of wonderful small details… like mints in the service rooms in a dish with little tongs, lovely spa water, fun meditation cards in the relaxation room with warm neck wraps and even blankets while you wait. Today put me over the top with the most relaxing massage from Renee. She has an amazing healing touch and pays attention to details. Thank you Renee! Then I moved onto a facial with Sam. Wonderful! She also was very detailed and has a caring touch and my skin looks amazing. Thank you Sam! The bliss package made my day, and I feel for the services you get, the price is right.

Just gotta give a shout out to Linda for the great spray tan! She’s so personable and really attempts to get it right for me. Also have had her do scrubs before the tan and she’s equally good at it. She makes you feel comfortable and really cares about her work. If you want a spray tan in Marin, go see Linda!

Very nice, I got a mini facial which included a mini massage. that is a plus cause most mini facials they dont give massage. I come here about twice a year and it is so fabulous. everyone is friendly and nice and they dont shove advice on you. Good for them!

Just got off the phone with Evo Spa. Have been going there for over 6 years. They claimed I missed an appointment 6 months ago. I have been in many times since 6 months ago and never heard anything about this excpet once when I was told it was OK I missed it and please not to do it again… Which I respected and made me like them for being lenient… Today when I called to come in I was put on hold and then in a long winded manner told I was not welcome to come back until I paid for my no show from 6 months ago. It seemed to be an owner that I was speaking with.
The management has no idea how to deal with customers. Not cool. Bye Bye Evo. I will not do business with people that treat me like that. If I missed an appointment I’d have paid for it one of the many times I’ve come in if you had asked for it… To do it now, the way you spoke to me, it felt werid and lame and awkward. Because you did not bring this up with me for months you should have just let it go. Now you have lost a customer and have someone who will not talk well of your spa. Good by Evo, it was nice while it lasted…
I’d also like to add Linda that works there is awesome. I will be very sad not to see her anymore. It is the ownership I have a problem with. I will miss you LInda!

Ok, this is hard to review because I really enjoyed my two past facials with Sara. She is so nice, and when you’re done your face looks incredible. I’ve been told by several people how flawless my skin has been looking the past 6 weeks or so but just two sessions. I would give 5 stars if this review were for Sara alone, but the price point is VERY high. It’s a little alarming to pay $ 260 after tip for an hour facial (granted they have extras you can add on which would make it a little less or more), but in my opinion most of the «extras» should be included in the facial price. Very nice and zen surroundings of the spa as well. Check it out — I do plan to go back to Sara if I can’t find someone else in the Bay Area who does such an excellent job with my skin as she does.

Michele tinted my eyebrows and eyelashes and did a beautiful job. This was the first time I have tinted my lashes and she explained the process clearly before starting and had a gentle touch. I have had my eyebrows done elsewhere before and lived with stain for a couple days after. Not so with Michele. She applied the tint meticulously and my brows look great. I am very satisfied and will definitely go back.

As far as convenience and availability this is the best day spa in Marin. i love the Claremont in the East Bay, and Indian Springs in Calistoga– but those places require more driving time. Evo is the perfect place to go to feel rejuvenated in the neighborhood.
My hydrating facial and pre-​natal massage were both excellent. The staff here is kind, open minded to a holistic approach, and made me feel right at home.

I just recently got a wax at Evo and am beyond delighted! Of course waxing is very painful so I was not looking forward it. However, the woman (Ferren) was great. I’ve gotten a handful of these waxes in my life and she had the fastest «pull» which makes a big difference, less painful. I’ll definitely be back!

I found Evo on SpaFinder after receiving a giftcard — and I’m so glad I did! I had the best massage of my life and will absolutely be going back for another session with Joy.
The spa was complete with everything I would need/​expect — from heated tables to a shower stocked with soap, clean towels, and even a hair dryer. I had a really great experience.
My only warning would be to make sure and arrive EARLY. I had a bit of a miscommunication when scheduling, I said I could be at Evo by 6pm and was scheduled for that time. I didn’t realize my time would start at 6pm — I wish I had been told if I could be there by 6 I should schedule my apt for 10 min after. Not a huge deal, but it just meant the beginning of the session/​getting into the room/​undressed/​etc felt rushed.
I agree with the other reviewers that the boutique is really great! I picked up a couple of pieces and will definitely be back to shop.
