Robert originally quoted me $ 350 for a home inspection and it was the quote on his banner advertisement. Later he changed his quote to $ 400 and denied that he ever quoted me. He also wanted to charge an extra $ 100 if my client wanted to pay through escrow. I would not use Robert for a home inspection. He is overpriced and there is nothing unique about Robert that justifies a higher priced inspection.

Robert did an inspection on the home we are planning to purchase. I was impressed by his throughness and his findings. He spent hours and went through all the details. Both sellers and myself were surprised by his findings. Robert help me to reduce the price of this property by 50K. He is honest and well skilled. I definitely recommend Foresight Inspections for great skill. Robert also has a good network of well skilled contractors and he is always willing to help and share his knowledge.

Robert recently did an inspection on a home we were buying. He spent much more time than I expected going over every inch of the property. He crawled under the house, he was in the attic, on the roof, ran the appliances etc… I was so appreciative of his thoroughness. After the inspection he provided us with a 30+ page detailed report of what was inspected, what areas needed further attention or repair, included photos where things were damaged or broken and cited current code in many instances. It was easy to go back to the sellers with this reprt in hand. Don’t even think of buying a home without having it inspected by a professional and Robert is the inspector for you!
