Aaron is the best trainer I have worked with — and he got me in the best shape for my wedding :) Highly recommend!

I’ve been training with Aaron for about two years now and his classes are effective, challenging and fun. One of the things I like about training with Aaron is that I can be at any fitness level and still be able to have a good workout. He is super friendly, and acts as a workout buddy rather than a drill sergeant.

Aaron is an awesome and motivating coach/​trainer! I always enjoy the workouts he plans for me and the boot camp group!

Aaron is an incredible trainer and listener, who is extremely knowledgeable in the art of weight lifting, general fitness, and nutrition. He knows exactly what you should be doing, and what you should be eating to reach your intended goals (not his goals for you)! I have used him 2x now and have 0 regrets, not to mention it didn’t shrink the wallet! In addition, his group classes are the best part about this location! So much fun!

Aaron is the fitness trainer all other trainers aspire to be. He creates personalized, detailed, fun fitness/​diet programs for each of his clients — never taking a «one size fits all» approach. His Sunday boot camps are awesome. When it’s over I look back and can’t believe what I’ve accomplished. It’s always a new workout so you never get bored, plus you get to meet some really cool people while you’re there.

I have worked with numerous trainers in the past, but I have never seen the same results as when I have worked with Aaron. Aaron’s simple and focused approach to training makes you feel taken care of and is enjoyable. I enjoyed learning how to do TRX and other suspension training at his gym. I would absolutely recommend Lautman’s Gym to anyone who was looking to get in shape or stay strong.

Training with Aaron is a game changer. Three years ago, a doctor told me that loss of cartilage in my knee meant relinquishing power walking, cycling and key training moves like lunges and squats. Another trainer highly recommended Aaron, who (ever so diplomatically) said my doctor’s prognosis was nonsense, then proceeded to skillfully train me in strengthening other parts of the lower body to prevent damage to the knee. I am now pain-​free and otherwise far more fit than when we met.
Aaron goes above and beyond to prevent injury, meet individual goals, and motivate. He switches things up so your body never gets too used to a routine and is perpetually challenged. And he makes it incredibly fun! I always look forward to seeing Aaron.
Another thing: he’s highly intuitive, and often knows that you’re sleep-​deprived or overly stressed before you do. He’s sensitive to cues you give unwittingly. He has also been immensely helpful with personally targeted advice on nutrition, insomnia, posture and general wellness, and constantly obtains certifications and researches to broaden his knowledge of wellness.
As a business owner, Aaron is intensely principled and can unfailingly be relied upon to take the high road. He sincerely wants clients to get 150% from their time with him, and operates his business responsibly and fairly.
