This Pilates place is the best one I ever went to. They have a wide variety of amazing classes. They have classes at 5 a.m. and classes at 10 p.m. It Iran amazing place. Hard but good. It really gets you in shape and can sometimes burn. I would give it 5 stars but sometimes it is way to hard and I am sore after.

I enjoyed Malory’s class — the ‘students’ in the group were friendly and everyone seemed to be getting a great workout experience. The room was clean and full of light and air which is what I really like when I’m exercising indoors. The instructor communicated well, prepped me on how the class would be structured and also helped when I needed to make adjustments. Great value!
I also had to call 2x to make sure I was headed in the right direction AND the girl at the front desk (Rachel, maybe?) helped me decide what route to take to my next destination — which i really appreciate since I am only visiting the area. Very helpful and friendly!
I took a 2nd class with Haley and she was also excellent, even though I wasn’t feeling well, I made it through 45 minutes of that class b/​c I felt like she was really attentive. Thanks, Pilates ProWorks!

About 2 months ago I started taking classes with Jen as a totally ‘new to pilates’ 60 something. I went into this with much caution and trepidation. i feel extremely lucky to have found this studio and especially this solid, knowledgeable, instructor that is perfect for me. Every class from day one, she has been able to make me feel secure and grow my confidence while giving me a truly challenging workout. Her classes are always well balanced and I know she has me working every part of my body in 55mins! Cant beat that!
If you want to take pilates at any age and have any doubts on where to begin or refresh your form, I fully recommend Jen and her pilates essentials or pilates classic classes. She has tons of experience and true command of your next move! Big plus, a lovely calm manner and a true professional.

I Love this Pilates Studio! I’ve been coming here for a little over a year and the classes are challenging and fantastic. All the instructors are really good. They can help you work around an injury and are always trying to help you improve. I’ve gotten so much stronger since coming here and have never felt better. I like every instructor here but some of my personal favorites are Peter, Skipp, Angela and Haley.
It’s also very easy and convenient to book and cancel classes with iPhone app.

The studio is clean and well run.
Classes cover all the different levels and are available dawn to dusk.
The instructors I had, encouraged each person stretch and to be mindful of any injuries or limitation they already have.
Try it, you’ll like it!

I noticed that ProWorks Mill Valley was not yet on Unilocal,so here goes a review after my first class !
4 stars for starters… will try to update my review after more classes… though have only been once I had a good experience.
I attended an early morning Barre class with Angela.
She was spirited and welcoming.
The class was challenging throughout
The studio was bright and well kept with self serve lockers and clean bathrooms.
I cannot comment on value for actual cost as I am a new student trying ProWorks on a Living Social deal, which is a great deal… so far so good !
I look forward to more classes soon !
