Café of Life Marin is a cool place – peaceful, inspiring, welcoming. The décor is reflective of and fitting for the beautiful surrounding area. Impressive state-of-the-art technology. Dr. Seth Labott is generous and sweet.(Just FYI… We went to him for adjustments in Fort Collins in 2005 and 2006.) He’s kind hearted, well intentioned, easy to be around, and thorough with his adjustments. He’s an enjoyable person to hang out with and be taken care of by. My daughters and I enjoy the adjustments as well as the massage chairs and toys :) in the waiting room. Great-smelling EO hand soap in the water closet and hot tea in the foyer. Can’t wait to go back! A very comfortable place!

When I went to Café of Life and Dr. Seth my doctor was ready to put me in the hospital for an «OPERATION» for a bulging disc… I am in the process of doing the decompression therapy and I have improved 99%. Café of Life is a place where you know people are going there to be healed and you can see how well taken care of everybody is starting from the minute that they walk into the door.

I went to Dr. Seth after suffering from low back pain for 20 years, due to 2 bulging discs. The spinal decompression therapy significantly reduced my pain, and Dr. Seth also got me started on core strengthening and better stretching once my back pain had improved. Today, after about 9 months, I am pain-free even though I am more active than I have been in 10 years. The spinal decompression was not cheap, but the payoff for me has been enormous in improved lifestyle. Now when I pick up my kids, I just pick them up, instead of thinking about how I am going to lift them to minimize the pain.
