The Rebel Baker

After reading the other Unilocal reviews, I hired The Rebel Baker to bake a chocolate caramel cake for my best friends birthday. I was not disappointed. The cake was AMAZING. It was incredibly rich, incredibly delicious, and everything a decadent cake should be. I had to fight for seconds.
Another impressive highlight was the professionalism of the Rebel Baker herself. She was incredibly attentive to detail and very easy to communicate with.

These pastries are AMAZING! Had a five layer salted caramel chocolate cake that was the best cake I have ever tasted! Inventive, creative, delicious and gourmet. Be sure to order in advance since all deserts, cakes and pastries are baked fresh and made-​to-​order.
The Rebel Baker is also great at creating any idea you have in mind. You just explain or show her what you’d like, and she recreates it. I would highly recommend placing any cake orders through The Rebel Baker. She is supreme at gourmet style cakes and pastries.

Absolutely Amazing! I’ve never tasted a cake that’s as moist as the chocolate cake. Makes for an impressive center piece for any party. Best part, the cakes taste better than they look.

I hired The Rebel Baker to bake me a chocolate cake for my brother’s 21^st birthday party. I was skeptical at first about ordering from a new baker, but she completely delivered on what I asked for. She was very professional and kept in contact with me the entire time. It was a last minute order and I was pleasantly surprised that she went above and beyond my expectations in such a short period of time. Not only did the chocolate cake come out beautiful, but the taste was DELICIOUS!!! I highly recommend The Rebel Baker and I cannot wait to order from her again soon!

I recently had the rebel baker make me a birthday cake. Now I’m not a huge sweets person but her cake has me re-​evaluate my place in life and what a waste it is when I’m not eating or making sweet sweet mouth love with her Belgian chocolate cake. Calories, obesity, showers and chronic loneliness be damned all I need in my life is a the flashing moments of ecstasy when biting down on one of her fluffy yet dense and smooth cakes and the time spent scrambling to get to that next moment of ecstasy. One day I’ll tell my children of her infamous confectionaries, AKA one of my 12 cats, because lets be honest I can’t hold keep a clear thought in my frosting glazed brain let alone a relationship because of the manic chocolate induced insanity her cakes so fantastically provide. I’d punt three of the cutest toddlers the gerber baby and a 3 legged puppy without any shame or regret if it meant just one bite of her masterful treats.
Umm…so yeah, she’s pretty good. I think I’ve driven my point home. They are also a good gift to friends if you have any use for those stupid things after the addiction that is The Rebel Baker has taken hold of your palette and your soul.

Awesome Baker/​Bakery! The cakes and cookies are some of the best I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to try the cinnamon pumpkin cheesecake…
