I’m currently in the restaurant and the capacity is 75 guest they currently have 95 guest and a line that they refuse to stop. Not SAFE

I don’t eat fast food but when I do it’s in n out. My bf and I have been coming here every week after we bowl at midnight because it’s the only thing open at this time that’s decent. I always get the number one with a strawberry milkshake!

service was charming, the team was well coached, super friendly and enthusiastic. I really don’t get why people think In-N-Out food is so great. I only stop in every few years and am reminded why I don’t come back very often. Yeah the service is great and it’s fun to watch the staff hustle along. But the burgers are just okay, nothing great and the fries really are not as good as most other mid range burger joints. The fries at 5 guys or McDonalds are so much better and its not hard to find a better burger at many other places.

Move over, Shake Shack. I can officially say that I’m standing on the In-N-Out’s side of the fast casual burger war! This location is the first place of interest after I landed in SF. I just couldn’t wait!!! The line was pretty crazy, as expected, but I was so pleasantly surprised at how CHEAP everything was here! While Shake Shack is paying off the real estate by keeping the price competitive against other New York burger shops, In-N-Out burgers were comfortably sitting at less than $ 5! HOW is that even possible?! I loved the burger buns here — crispy on the inside and soft on the outside. It was one of the few times when I didn’t feel completely gross after eating a burger! The chocolate milkshake was so rich and perfect and what, only $ 2.58?! I have to say I was pretty bummed about the animal style fries — they were cold and stale and I couldn’t really tell why everyone was going nuts over it…:( Overall, I liked the burger, I shared a table with a couple and their kid(and talked to them!!! and God knows that level of friendliness rarely happens in New York), and the chocolate milkshake was as guilty as it was delicious!

In-N-Out can do no wrong in my book. Quality burgers and fries for good value. With so many other quality burger places(Shake Shack, Five Guys, etc) to choose from, somehow In-N-Out can still be the most competitive with price. As much as I wish they would come to the East Coast, they are very smart to keep it as the first meal you crave when your plane wheels hit the runway in California.

Opens late till 1 am. Perfect pitstop for when you need to pick up someone and they’re taking forever to get out of the airport. Beats circling the terminals!

Watch out for the red light cameras nearby. I stopped a bit past the limit line to make my right after a stop and a bunch of camera flashes went off!!! Just in today 5÷17÷16 around midnight. This is near the airport. Coffee was great. I was so tired I actually just went in for that not wanting to drink coffee in the parking lot of the nearest 7 – 11. Not much of a line and this particular restaurant is a lot less full than the next two nearest — Daily city or Fisherman’s wharf. They guys there really do go out of their way — I guess since they were not busy they actually remembered me and delivered my burger to my nearby table. This is the kind of spot where if things are not busy during they efficiently make use of their time sponging down surfaces or putting on that personal. Lets see if I get a red light ticket in the mail.

Good burger, good fries(like it well done), good shakes, good if not great customer service. Prices have gone up a little over the years but still very affordable. Always busy but that’s how all In N it’s are, you will eventually get your burger!

This is one of the few restaurants available near the Millbrae BART station. I should say that this is probably the only good one near the Millbrae BART station and SFO. So if you happen to be hungry on your way to pick up a guest at the SFO airport or by Millbrae, I would recommend you come here. This In-N-Out is just like all others, and they serve high quality, extremely tasty burgers. Due to the location, lack of supply and high demand, expect this place to be quite crowded. My usual go-to menu for In-N-Out is simply a #1(Double-double cheeseburger) with grilled onions. The line inside the store is sometimes a lot faster and shorter than the drive-through so try that if the drive-thru gets way too busy(which it does constantly). Enjoy!

I didn’t grow up in California so the nostalgia and hype for eating In-N-Out is completely lost on me. In fact, I kind of hate In-N-Out but when it’s 11-something at night on a Sunday and you’ve been driving around for 2+ hours waiting on flight info for you roommate’s delayed flight, this is pretty much your only option unless you enjoy hanging out at seedy Millbrae gas stations and being sassed by pre-teen punks on skateboards. I caved and did the drive-through thing getting a ‘grilled cheese’, ‘light fries with cheese’, and topped it off with a strawberry shake for my roommate because I’m an incredible person with a heart of god damn gold. I was shocked at how busy the place was so late at night on a Sunday but I guess that’s the usual for an In-N-Out a stone’s throw from SFO. The employees working the drive-thru, specifically Derek, were admittedly wonderful and perkiest people alive at 11-something pm at the end of the weekend. Bless their hearts and souls. With that being said, my experience at this In-N-Out was probably the best I’ve ever had, due mostly to the employees but also because I discovered the ‘light’ fires option, which still means you’ll get the signature cold In-N-Fries even though they just came out of the fryer and were toasted with cheese, but they’re slightly less hard, hollow, and flavorless than their regular fries always are. The grilled cheese, which is just their burger without the meat patty, was better than I remember but I was also really hungry and extremely tired of driving around waiting for flight updates so that added to the enhanced enjoyment, but I still think cold toppings like tomato, lettuce, and onion have no place on a sandwich with melted cheese. I think if you’re an In-N-Out believer this place is surprisingly above the other locations, but I still find their food to be largely flavorless and don’t understand why it’s so hard to serve fries hot that aren’t crisped to death.

People from Hawaii absolutely love In-n-out. I always make it a point to stop by one whenever I land on the mainland. This one is about a 10 minute drive from the airport. It was pretty crowded for a Thursday night at 11, guess everyone wanted a snack? The hunt for seats took a little while, but it was well worth it. Everyone cleared out around 1120& there were open seats. I love how friendly the staff are especially when they are busy! What’s better than amazing food, cheap prices & happy employees? There’s always lines, but it’s definitely worth the wait!

The White Castle of the left coast, this place is never empty. great burgers, ok fries and a great people watching place as all the drunks and post bar crowd seems to end up here. mix it up with the ex patriot californians and it makes a great cacophony of people and conversations. try animal style quad burger and give your heart a work out.

In-n-out is generally worth the hype. This location was busier than a mash fest, and it sure feels like Millbrae out here. We’re on our way to the airport and we stop by the famed burger joint of Southern California and we get the hamburger, fries, and soda combos. The food is cheap hell yeah. Fries are kind of stale but the burgers hit my mouth’s G spot because they’re simple yet juicy. They even come by to ask if you want your Dr. Peppers re-filled. They even have two dudes outside taking orders on an iPad as you wait in the drive thru window. Everyone here is repping the golden state warriors because they’ve got a big game today at the San Antonio Spurs and I hope it’s a good game.

I had one strange In-N-Out experience at this location. To begin, this was dinner #2 after eating Japanese food immediately prior. There’s nothing wrong with 2 dinners. That just means. 2 desserts? The service was really great, all in all. Food was solid, hardly any wait time and I was able to enjoy my freshly made burger, animal style. This place definitely operates at a 5 star level. However, part of the ambiance of a restaurant is attributed to the clientele that frequent it. As such, I’m going to deduct 1 star because the people just rubbed me the wrong way. 1. Some girl driving her civic tried to stand off on me because I made a left turn(which I was legally in the right). I’m not mad about her staring at me. I was more annoyed she jumped in her car like she was gonna come at me but then drove away! I wish she woulda done something cause I would have bent her over my knee and spanked her like her parents shoulda done. 2. Some girl sitting by my table mentioned to her friend that she’s happy she got a lettuce wrap instead of a regular burger because she’s getting fat. Health education? What is that? Lollllll 3. The chick’s family left all their garbage on the table. One person actually asked another person(in the same party) if they should pick up after themselves and they were both like«naw, it’s fine.» and left! These are grown ass adults. I can see why their daughter’s all stupid and what not. 4. Class must’ve gotten out or something but there were about 20 high school kids that rolled through around 10pm at night. This isn’t a knock like 1 – 3. It’s more like. I hate annoying ass high school kids and felt it should be mentioned. Anyways, I’d come here again but would probably eat in my car and then throw all my trash at another car as I drive away. Cause apparently that’s acceptable in these parts.

Hi, can I get a 4×2, four beef patties with two slices of cheese, a grilled whole onion, extra lettuce, extra tomatoes… And a side of well-done, extra crispy French fries… with two packets of spread. Oh, and a Neapolitan milkshake please!

I love burgers, all kinds of burgers. Sometimes I crave a homemade burger. Sometimes, I crave a great«Animal Style» burger what a better place than In-N-Out Burger. The problem is that I can’t contain myself, I get everything Animal Style. If the Pink lemonade can be created into an animal of some sort, I would do it. When I crave a good fresh burger and fresh fries, this where I wind up!

Don’t get me wrong I love in n out! It’s by far a favorite«fast food»… But throughout the years I’ve seen the meat qualify go down and down. I’ve been a customer of in n out since the first one opened in NorCal in Santa Clara way back around mid 1990s. The meat patty has gotten super thin! I get the double double and the meat patty looks like McDonald’s Big Mac. I’m sad that it got too that… I guess because prices are still fairly reasonable, gotta cut cost somewhere, especially with all the customers they serve. Also, they grease their buns with oils now, more than ever. Feels like a greaseball. Things can’t be like the old days and I’m still grateful that in n out still exists and a great price, wish quality was the same when they first opened.

DOUBLEMEATBURGER(3⁄5 NOMs) Unleash the inner burger out of you with our return to California for some meaty burger. Oh yea this hits the greasy burger cravings with some thick burger patties. Covered in that gooey melted cheese goodness. Yes double the meat always means double the cheese! Nice and simple burger, with nothing fancy, but that is exactly what we were needed. Two nice and thick meat patties that perfectly satisfy any food size queens like us. Doesn’t require a big mouth, but still satisfies that big things in your mouth cravings. Especially when its late at night. Of course can’t have burger without some fries. Going all the In n Out style with some sautéed onions and sauce. Yes all the sauce, because so far our dinner hasn’t been greasy enough! You just have to stop by this old school burger joint for some burger noming.

Back when I use to drink liquid crack, I use to roll me eyes at those lululemon clad women who would hold up the already long line with their ridiculously obnoxious drink orders during morning rush hour: «Okaaaay, so I would like an Iced, half caff, ristretto, venti, 7 pump, sugar free, vanilla, dolce soy skinny latte. And for my gf, a Caramel macchiato, venti, skim, triple shot, extra hot, extra whip, sugar free… mmmokay, got that?» Yah lady, we’re A-L-L giving you AND your camel toe the evil eye. Mmm yah, so I was THAT lady with an ridiculously obnoxious order at In-N-Out: «Hi, so I would like a one double double, animal style, protein style, medium rare, grilled onions, no salt, and one 3×3, animal style, protein style, no cheese, no pickles, raw onions, medium rare… oh and, one well done fries with no salt and one regular fries with salt.» The cheery cashier, Stephanie took our obnoxious order with a smile. Our order was so complicated that she had to excuse herself and get the master cheat sheet. Too bad there was no tip jar because the employees definitely deserve it for their awesome customer service and perfectly executing our complicated order: ! Love that that everything is fresh and no msg is used unlike the majority of fast food chains. And thank you for having outdoor seating so we can bring our furbaby, who was a very grumpy furbaby that day: . To the construction bros in back of me, thank you for not giving me and my camel toe the evil eye for holding up the line. Happy Eating!
