We ordered Slush with Boba. Customer Service was great, 2 chinese young guy and girl were friendly and cheerful getting our order. had fun with a little chat too… Ordered Chicken grilled sandwich on the side too. It was fresh, delicious, nice presentation and slush helped cool us down on a 82 deg …

I did not know that a boba tea place like a Quickly could make bad milk tea. Well, I found the place. Ordered an almond milk tea, easy sugar, with boba. My usual from any Quickly. Overall: tasted watered down and burnt. There was not enough tea nor milk. My first slurp also had chunks of sugar. Under close examination, sugar grains were at the bottom and floating around. Every sip I took thinking it would get better, it just got worse. Unfortunate for my craving on this fairly warm day in Millbrae.

The milk tea here is really gross, it’s super watered down… It tastes like water and that added an ounce of milk for the look. Also they let a customer bring in her dog and her dog was sitting on a seat at the table inside the restaurant. The customer was letting the dog sniff some of the communal seasoning… So gross. I’m never going to quickly again.

Swung by about 15 minutes before the listed closing time. There were lots of people still inside sitting and chatting with relatively full drinks. As my husband approached the counter the one employee in sight started grumbling to himself in Chinese. My husband politely asked if they were still open since the guy seemed really put off by customers walking in. He grumbled yes, sighed, and rolled his eyes. Then he started grumbling in Chinese again. We aren’t Chinese, but my husband knows enough Cantonese to understand when someone is swearing him. Worst customer service ever. Didn’t even place an order at that point. Just turned around and left. It’s straight up rude to treat customers like that and to assume they can’t understand you. Even if we couldn’t understand Cantonese, his attitude and body language said it all for him. Their food and drinks aren’t good enough, or even cheap enough anymore, to put up with such horrendous customer«service». Never coming back here.

The 2−3x I beem here the service was slow and unwelcoming. Parking is tough in the area due to other restaurants near by especially a popular one a few doors up.

There was recently a price hike(almost a 80% increase) in the prices of the drinks. I will probably go elsewhere for my milk tea now. It isn’t worth 3 dollars for milk tea tapioca when other places offers the same thing for almost a dollar cheaper

Should be renamed to Slowly. Only one person manning the register and making drinks, while one other person is in charge of the kitchen. I guess there are a couple of people in charge of the register and drinks that switch shifts and all of them seem to consistent about some things: they’re all very rude and they don’t seem to be very happy serving me. As a person who works in the food and service industry, I try to be very understanding and lenient. This location just sucks. If you’re there during peak hours(actually not even peak hours), then you might expect to wait anywhere from 5 – 30 minutes getting your order since there is literally only one person completing all orders. I remember one employee who would always mess up my order(is a milk tea really that hard?!). It was either getting my exact change, what topping I got in my tea, or what size… I don’t know, but she always managed to mess it up. With that said, I never come here anymore. Go to eggettes.

The drinks here are terrible. There’s always a pile of cigarette butts outside from patrons and workers who smoke. The KPop music videos are always too loud. Tables are dirty and sometimes the workers don’t even clear off the eaten food or empty drink cups. It’s clearly a place with an owner who has left the place on autopilot, and only for the desperate.

For the price, this place is great. What it lacks in service and cleanliness, it makes up for in tastiness and speed. Octopus rice bowl was on point.

To the blonde Asian guy that worked on Sunday 10÷25… Please learn the basics of customer service. I’ve never encountered such a rude employee. He kept rolling his eyes at us, we waited more than 20 minutes on a banh mi so we cancelled it, and tossed our change at us. He didn’t apologize to us at all. We won’t be returning here again! Quickly management, find better employees who actually want to make business for you!

I normally go to Eggettes but wanted a peach snow and other quickly locations the peach snow is pretty good. There was only one person behind the counter taking orders and making drinks so when I got there she was making drinks for 4 different parties then taking orders after she was done. She was taking her time, chit chatting with the kitchen person, no smile and had a lousy attitude. I waited 10 minutes to place my order and waited another 7 minutes to get two drinks of the same kind. I’m pretty patient but this was ridiculous. On top of that, the snow had less peach flavor and was too thick. Seemed too powdery but the tapioca was ok. This will be my last time going to this location.

Quick service. Menu can be confusing and there are a ton of items to choose from, but not all on one list.

Quickly is a well known chain for its boba milk tea, and various Taiwanese snacks. The boba is good, but the guy gave too little of it, probably less than a quarter cup worth. I’d give the drinks 3 stars but the extra star is for the popcorn chicken, it’s awesome and everyone should give it a try.

We came during the off peak hour(before Noon on a weekday). It did take awhile to be acknowledged but the service was friendly and the food came out quick(because we were the only ones in there). I think to have an accurate review, we will need to come back during a more busy time.

Cute little spot. It’s boba. I’ve seen many boba spots. This was no different. Some things I did notice. They don’t do a great job in keeping the tables«crumb» free as I saw that there were crumbs on a few of the tables Saturday night when we went there after dinner. Not too much of a big deal. Great deals on milk tea! It was only $ 1.49! Went there on Sunday before heading back to Southern California. Again, crumbs on the table. Lol. We ordered some food with our milk tea. Had the calamari rings. Most places ask how hot you want it, mild, medium or hot. This place has the hot seasoning for you to put on yourself. I like that you have control on how hot you want your calamari rings. Will be stopping by again once we’re back in the bay area!

Their popcorn chicken is the best! Many people said their custumer service is bad, and it’s true. But you got what you paid for. I don’t care because most of the time I order to go.

This is my go to late night spot in Millbrae for boba and popcorn chicken rice fix. The staff isn’t exceptionally friendly but that seems to be par for the course with any Quickly I go to. They are open on the later side for Millbrae. I won’t state any times bc I don’t think they are always consistent with that. Oh and white rice sometimes runs out after 10pm. Most importantly the food is pretty consistent and the boba drinks are reliable. Parking can be a bit rough though. Pros: Consistent food and boba Cons: Cold place, cold staff, only takes green backs and hard to park Bottom line: Reliable boba and late night food at a chain type drink spot. If you want good service with less menu options there’s always Eggettes a few blocks away :)

Numerous times over the years, I’ve been told by several fellow Unilocalers(like Cherylynn N.) that, sometimes, I’m too nice with my ratings. And I’ll admit, there are times when I think they’re right. This time though, I KNOW they’re right. Three stars? I must have been in a really good mood when I wrote my first review. Or drunk. Out of all of the Quickly’s I’ve been to(which is just a few), this one has«Quickly» found its way to the bottom of my list. I used to think the one on Taraval in SF was bad, but this one is worse(though, in fairness, it’s all relative since they’re all pretty bad). While it hardly ever gets crowded here, there’s always a wait. Mostly because they only have one person to do both the register and the drinks, but it doesn’t help either that they’re largely inefficient. Seeing that she was about to walk away to make drinks, my friend and I asked the worker if we could get in our orders of popcorn chicken first. That way, the kitchen could do their thing while she did hers. Sadly, not only were we denied by her ridiculous logic(«I can’t make your chicken because I can only make so many drinks at a time»), but the kitchen made our orders separately, one after the other. Thus, double the wait time. Of course, this is all under the assumption that you get to order in the first place. As we waited for our second order of chicken to come out, we saw the girl make a few kids wait until she finished up what she was doing — leaning against the counter and talking on her cell phone about what she did over the weekend. Although it might be nice to say that every Quickly location is consistent across the board, it’s not a good thing if that consistently means mediocre food, sub-par drinks, and bad service. Bleh.

Typical Quickly place. There is only one teenager and a cook working there, so once customers started walking in ordering rice and food, you have to wait very long to get your order! On the bright side, the drinks are actually very well made. I ordered a hot lemon black tea, and the cashier asked if I wanted it «HK-style» or «Taiwan-style». Hmm I order this all the time everywhere I go, but I’ve never heard of «Taiwan-style» before. Gotta hand it to them – they are an expert on drinks!

Quickly’s tea won’t blow your mind, but it isn’t bad. I asked for a standard Milk Bubble Tea that I enjoyed, with my preferred level of sweetness. They seem to have tapioca supply-chain issues: I stopped by after lunch and they were already out of regular-size tapioca, so I got smaller boba. The wait wasn’t long, although I felt bad for the girl who had to both man the register and make the teas. This Quickly has a massive menu. I was already full when I visited, so I skipped out on trying their Peanut Butter Piggy Bun. It sounds interesting, so I’m planning to try it during my next visit.
