Waste of time. We visited the store 4 times, the owner came to our house once to give an estimate on remodeling our bathroom. Although we called and went by numerous times he never returned our calls. Really not sure whats wrong as we were prepared to spend quite a bit.

I’ve shopped at TKB Supply recently, great selection, very knowledgeable staff, and good prices for many high end kitchen and bath products. I didn’t have to go to multiple locations to get what I was looking for. I definitely recommend this place for kitchen and bath remodels.

I found this place after having dim sum at Asian Pearl. All in one shop for kitchen and bath fixtures. The displays were helpful on choosing what you want. Friendly staff, very competitive prices, and convenient. I would definitely shop there again.

We just renovated our bathroom. This company’s service was absolutely terrible. We placed a shower door order and it took one month to arrange a time for installation. Upon arrival, they realized they ordered the wrong dimensions (even though they made a site visit to measure the space). They then notified us that they could not place an order for the correct dimensions because they were «having trouble with their vendor.» In summary, they wasted several hours of our time with a measurement visit and an attempt to install. We paid for the product well in advance from the installation day too. Now we are back to square one. Don’t waste your time and money. Go somewhere that values good customer service and can finish the job!

They got our measurements wrong for our order. Instead of offering to get it right, they offered a refund of our payment (but not all the time wasted). Nice people, but sloppy work and poor service make this a bad choice.

Nice to find a kitchen/​bath supply store on ECR (El Camino Real). They have Hans Grohe, Ronbow, and other well known designed brands. It’s easy to miss since it’s on the ECR. Street parking.

I have to say TKB Suppy was a great find. We are doing a 3 bathroom remodeling which by itself is so overwhelming. We bought all our shower fixtures, toilet bowls, linear drains, sinks, faucets etc.
Ken made it so much easier and stress free. Ken and Terrence have been so patient with us and helped us through all uncertainties. Price wise too, they were very competitive.
I live in Fremont and did a lot of research to find the right design elements. I was happy to have purchased all the shower fixtures from TKB, even though it’s a good 30 miles away.
Awesome customer service! Highly recommend. Like! Like! Like!

I have shopped at TKB Supply (Taraval @ SF) since 8 years ago for higher end bath and kitchen related products. Now that I moved closer to the peninsula, I am glad that they started this shop in Millbrae. Same great partners with more great lines of products.
Selection: They have tons to display, and many more on catalogs.
Knowledge: Ken recommends products not to the highest price tags but best fit to your taste/​style/​budget
Price: by far the cheapest I’ve seen in stores. And yes I do shop around a lot.
Service: Very patient and won’t treat you as if you are idiot knowing nothing about kitchen & Bath. We changed one of our orders 3, 4 times and TKB just served us with a smile.
