Red Carpet Boutique

I recently was a bridesmaid in a friend’s wedding and had a wonderful experience at Red Carpet Boutique. The staff was friendly, attentive, positive and overall wonderful to work with! I would high recommend going to this family owned store for any of your special occasion needs!

I was a bridesmaid in a friends wedding and we placed the ordered for the dresses in February 2014. We were told the dresses would arrive in June. The bride called the store and she was told they now wouldn’t arrive until the end of July 2014. They also failed to mention that they close the store in July and August which is prime wedding season. So with a lot of runaround about when the dresses would arrive they came in two weeks before the wedding which was on September 20, 2014. Since my dress was ordered way too large along with another bridesmaid, we went in for our fitting which when we went to try them on they were still to large so we had to have them altered a second time. With the tight turnaround the store did cover the cost of the alterations but they made it seem like they were doing is a favor even though we had to go two times the week before the wedding. I would not recommend Red Carpet or shop there again!

There was only one other person in the store when I walked in. I mentioned that I was only looking for a sash and one girl said she’d grab someone to walk me upstairs as there was a bride up there. I said that was fine and waited for about 10 minutes for someone to come get me. The girls never helped me after that, but did assist another customer who walked in after me (with no appointment) and let her upstairs.
Bridal stores should make an effort to make you feel special and welcome when you walk in. This store did neither.

In our one on one consultation, Roxanne helped me find the most unique wedding dress I’ve ever seen and further customize it to match the gown of my dreams. Because of their amazing customer service and fantastic inventory we’ve also purchased our bridesmaids, mother of the bride, and mother of the groom dresses as well. Their shoe selection is extensive and their glittering accessory counter will leave you a little blinded! No bride in NJ should pass up a chance to experience Red Carpet Boutique’s genuine, attentive, and spot on guidance for themselves!

My sister is getting married, so we are in search of the perfect shoes for the female side of the Bridal Party. I had never heard of this place until I saw it on Unilocal.I mentioned it to my sister. Plus, they were running a Unilocal coupon special. The people were friendly, and they have some very nice shoes I think will work out nicely. Going back this weekend, coupon in hand, to make the final selection. I always like supporting local businesses when I can, but only if they can bring it. They do. The shoe store we were at before we went to Red Carpet Boutique gave me a sweaty shoe to try on. I felt like I was putting on old bowling shoes. I wanted to dip my foot in acid. This store was a classy change of pace.
