No one ever answers the phone. I’ve called several times during their regularly scheduled business hours, not only was there no answer, there wasn’t even a voicemail! They should really consider hiring a receptionist.

*sigh* I really wanted to love this place. It’s very clean, the staff is very friendly, but the massage wasn’t that great. I went in for the signature one hour massage(which is really only 50min). For the price this wasn’t worth it. I’m going to assume the massage therapist I had was new, he went through the motions but completely avoided my lower back, the one place I specified at the beginning. I’m just disappointed with the entire massage. I hope to find a local place that can make up for it.

What a great experience my Mom and I had today. We each had the Signature Facial and Joelle was great! Highly recommend this Elizabeth Grady location, the staff is very welcoming and friendly; you really couldn’t ask for more especially at such reasonable rates. Thank you!

I have gone to numerous spas in the area and this is one of the best! Kristi was very welcoming and extremely professional. My facial was amazing and very relaxing. Her staff are fantastic. I enjoyed the entire experience and have recommended Elizabeth Grady in Millbury to my friends. I will be back soon!

I went to this location during the month of September to try a facial at 50% off. It is under new ownership, and the owner was very outgoing, friendly, and really the nicest part of my whole experience. She made me feel very welcome. Unfortunately, the facial experience was not nearly as nice. My aesthetician had very little personality and barely spoke to me. I had some concerns about products with my sensitive skin, and she barely addressed them. I’ve had facials before and this one was certainly on the bottom of the list. The products were okay, but one smelled like wet dog food. The massage was weak and over before it began. I think paraffin wax was rubbed onto my hands and arms, because when I left I had yucky wax bits all over my arms and hence my clothing. Even the final mask she used wasn’t fully removed. I had to go into another store and wash my face to remove all the residue. Not to mention that the whole experience lasted about 43 minutes from start to finish. It was a $ 100 facial… normally facials are 60 – 75 minutes long. It made me wonder if because it was half price, she only gave me «half service.» I definitely won’t be returning for a facial again, which is a shame because I truly believe the owner means well and I wish her luck.

I love this place. they do a great job. Every year on my birthday weekend I go and get a facial, full body massage, and a mani-pedi. They have nice big bathrobes so I don’t have to get dressed and undressed between services. I would give them the highest rating but they don’t have showers. so I can’t get all beautiful and go out afterwards. after a full day of oils and steaming you can’t just go out to dinner after unless you use a shower. if they had this service as well they would get an OUTSTANDING!
