I don’t know what the other guy is talking about. My experience was good. Friendly staff. Ported my number. In and out pretty quick.

Avoid this T-​Mobile location at all costs. I’ve dealt with them 2X, once for an upgrade a couple years ago and they were adamant that I could not keep my grandfathered data plan and get an phone upgrade. Asked to speak to the manager who basically said tough luck, I would have to pick a more expensive data plan to get the upgrade. I left without my upgrade and called customer service and they worked with the store in Shrewsbury to get my upgrade and keep my grandfathered data plan. Flash forward to last week when after purchasing a Nexus 4 from Google I realized I would need to swap out my regular T-​Mobile SIM card for a Micro SIM. I called the Millbury store and was told that would charge $ 20 for the service. I checked with the Shrewsbury store (also corporate owned) and they said they stated they would not charge anything. Just for the heck of it I checked with another area T-​Mobile store (although not a corporate owned store) and they also said they would swap the SIM out for no charge. The Millbury store staff have about all the charm of a used card dealership. They really only care about you if it is going to help their commissions.
