I have had several tattoos done by James and he always does a great job. He knows how to take exactly what I want and throw his own personal touch to it. Clean, bold lines and bright, vivid colors. Shop is very clean and all supplies are sterile. I will continue to come back. You guys rock James, Julie and Brock!!!

Really disappointed by this place. Came in to get my nose pierced and was greeted by a kid who can’t be older than 12. I explained what I wanted done and he cut me off to tell me the piercer wasn’t there. I asked when she would be back, he said he’d go ask. He came back and told me, «I don’t know, maybe like an hour?» I asked him Okay, so should I come back in about an hour then? He didn’t know. Couldn’t be bothered to even estimate a time frame for me to come back. So I said okay, well I’ll probably just look around the store for a few minutes and go somewhere else. It came off like, «well she isn’t here so too bad.» The attitude was ridiculous. He proceeded to watch me like a hawk like I was going to steal something as I looked around the store, so I just left. I then wrote a review on Facebook where an employee very rudely told me I was at fault and treated me like I was rude because I didn’t know the piercer was out for her child being in the hospital. I can’t be understanding of a situation when I’m treated like they’re just too busy to help me. Bad customer service. I understand things come up, but they shouldn’t have been so rude and acted like I should just know exactly what she’s doing. Also don’t advertise that you don’t take piercing appointments, only walk ins then get mad when someone does just that and is treated poorly.

As soon I walked in the lady had a bad attitude. Didn’t answer any of my questions. So I walked out and went somewhere else.

I had my tragus pierced and my second lobes redone and nothing short of excellence. The dude that did my was very gentle. It was quick and almost pain free, it was more awkward than painful(in my opinion). I love it. Highly recommended. Short wait. Walked through everything, how to clean it, etc. From now on im going to get my piercings and tattoos from the now on.

The staff here is very friendly. The free piercings on Saturday is such a sweet deal! All you have to do is buy the jewelry and it’s only like $ 20. Everything seemed very clean and sterile.

Awesome place! Fixed a botched job from one of the big name shops downtown and did it with a smile! Will definitely be going back there for my next round of ink!

Got my nose pierced here about two days ago. These guys were the nicest! They told me everything about how to clean and take care of my piercing so it heals fast and doesn’t get infected. So far so good! Make sure to buy the H2Ocean cleaning solution! It cleans the piercing so well without drying and making it sore. I didn’t eat before I got it done, so I got really lightheaded and woozy, but I laid down on a table and they got me some water. They keep their shop extremely clean and I watched them disinfect everything so I knew it was safe. He told me everything he was doing before and during the whole«procedure» and even told me the history of where nose piercings came from! They were extremely thorough and easy to talk to. The only tips I need to give to people looking to get piercings: –EATBEFOREYOUGO! If you don’t, you’ll get super woozy and feel like you’re about to pass out. I’m not sure if that happens even if you eat, but definitely do it just in case. –Keep it clean. Piercings are a wound. Disinfecting it is necessary. Using rubbing alcohol and hydrogen peroxide can do more damage than healing. The H2Ocean is your best bet on keeping infection out. And it can also fight acne and sore throats! And it’s natural so it’s completely safe for your body. –Be prepared. It hurts. I’ve pierced my ear cartilage and ear lobes before… But this was a lot more painful than those. If you’ve had other piercings and tattoos before, then you’re probably a lot tougher than I am. But I was definitely feeling the pain during it. Though it wasn’t quite as bad as I thought it would be :)
