I won’t be going back.
I signed a contract for a 1 year membership, after I realized I wouldn’t be able to go to the gym as planned. I attempted to cancel my membership (The first month), and when I tried to do so, I was informed I pretty much had to move out of city, and have proof that I moved out of city, or a doctors excuse to cancel my membership before the 1 year deadline.
So, I asked if there was any way I wouldn’t have to pay monthly, since I won’t be going, I was then told that I had to pay in full if I didn’t want to pay monthly. That defeats the purpose! Instead of you taking my money monthly, you want to take it all up front when I won’t be going? Smh.
On top of THIS they REFUSE to tell you their membership prices over the phone!
So if you’re interested in joining this gym, you are required to go in, so they can give you sells pitch!
The place itself is pretty nice, great equipment, clean facility, etc, but I just can’t get past the companies greed.
